Pairphrase successfully and accurately translated a Chinese PDF document, including technical terms, into English and saved the translation as a Word document. This far exceeded my expectations!

The pairaphrase tool is unique as it combines a top translation tool/service with an advanced text recognition capability on almost any type of original, such as a scanned original; and produces a similar formatted - though translated - output. As we operate worldwide, it is also one of the few tools covering all languages we encounter. In short it is a big time saver for us and for our customers, and we don't even yet use all its capabilities in full such as memory translation, output to speech etc.
For the two technical problems we encountered over the last 2 years, I was surprised by the responsiveness of their tech support, and the issues were fixed in no time. Just now, an issue was fixed in less than 6 hours ! I also requested some feature enhancements, such as a better treatment of embedded hyperlinks, and these enhacements also got implemented quite timely.

We have been using this translator for 2 years now. It is user friendly and can handle large files. It is easy to review and make edits. Whenever I have had an issue, I have received a prompt response.
