What do you like best about Paillor?
I like the Slack integration for marketing teams

I believe that Chatbot is outdated and Paillor can use some feature else.
What problems is Paillor solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task management for marketing teams. Mostly IT teams are prioritized on productivity apps yet Paillor helps us to how to handle tasks and communicate them automatically.

What do you like best about Paillor?
Paillor not only enables us to integrate our knowledge base, data, and various applications like BambooHR, ServiceNow, and more, but also provides in-app support to employees, making it easy to use. We utilize Microsoft Teams, and Paillor seamlessly integrates as an app within it. This effective integration has saved us over 900 hours in HR and IT tasks in the past three months. Additionally, Paillor offers excellent 24/7 customer support to promptly resolve any issues. Our employees use it on a daily basis, further attesting to its reliability and user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about Paillor?
The initial onboarding process for the app took three weeks, which was longer than we had hoped. However, this extended timeframe was primarily due to our numerous customization requests.
What problems is Paillor solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paillor is solving a range of workplace productivity issues by automating numerous support tasks across departments like IT, HR, and finance. It quickly handles tasks like password resets, HR inquiries, and IT troubleshooting through AI, significantly reducing wait times for support. This boosts overall efficiency and employee satisfaction, as they can get instant assistance without navigating multiple departments or waiting long periods for solutions.

Great AI knowlege management and automation
What do you like best about Paillor?
As an IT administrator, we have significantly reduced the need for level one support, allowing me to focus on many other aspects of the business. AI has helped us automate numerous applications, from onboarding to offboarding and much more. Additionally, users find the app easy to use, and its integration into our systems was very straightforward like, hardware request, software need etc. These applications are getting used every day, enhancing both efficiency and user experience. There is a promising future specifically for IT and employees who use it on a daily basis. Moreover, the support team is excellent, providing 24/7 assistance.
What do you dislike about Paillor?
They have integrated a lot, but we still need more for our business and are waiting for them to build the additional integrations.
What problems is Paillor solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pallor resolves our IT support issues in one location. Their AI bot assists employees in seeking help for their technical issues. They have a ticketing system and automation, allowing for a great employee experience.

IT team needed extra time to have a fully integration with the Azure stack, despite the documentation and support.
