"Intuitive collaboration tool that works for everyone"
What do you like best about PageProof?

PageProof is so much more user-friendly and intuitive to use across a variety of roles. I've used the Adobe tools for proofing before, and while they are great in their own way, it's not as easy to get non-creatives to be able to jump in to start commenting and marking up. PageProof lets people focus on the proofing work, rather than trying to figure out how it works.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

I wish there was the ability to create folders to organize the workflows - especially for those who have a range of workflows that need to be kept separate for easier selection of which workflow you are intending to use.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Regardless of the person's technical skills, PageProof makes sharing work product simple and removes a lot of the bulk of working with proofing tools.

What do you like best about PageProof?

PageProof's online proofing system is easy to use and has simplified and streamlined how we manage projects. The review and approval of creative assets has improved our project management without sacrificing accuracy and quality control with our clients. As we manage multiple publications and hundreds of clients and their associated creative materials, this is a vital tool for us. With the Asana and Slack integrations, we can easily stay updated on the platforms we are already using. It's a no-brainer.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

Nothing at this time. We are still new to the platform and very happy with it.

Recommendations to others considering PageProof:

The learning curve is fast and easy to use. It's helped us to organize our projects as our company grows.

"Perfection in Page Proofing."
What do you like best about PageProof?

I had a LONG lists of needs when it comes to proofing software for my small agency, and Page Proof is the only one that fit the bill. I love that the software is so intuitive for clients and myself to use, and they have an increadable support team that is quick, responsive and very friendly and kind. I was able to set up Page Proof for my business in a very short amount of time and quickly move to a VERY streamlined reviwing process with clients. I LOVE seeing APPROVED emails come into my inbox, and I even am back to loving to make changes to assets as the are clear and easy to undestand.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

That I didn't commit sooner. I spent about 2 months of trialing software before deciding on Page Proof.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

I struggled with managing timley page edits and change requests. Before change requests would DRAG on coming in (solved with a deadline), and would be very hard to follow (change this photo - to the one with me looking at the camera) Now: I know exactly what photo needs to be swapped and with what photo, etc.

I saw the time saving INSTANTLY with the first client!

What do you like best about PageProof?

Its just and easy to use application, I used to use acrobat and clients would paste there comments on file, then changes would be made, But this application can have muliplte people view the file at once and have all the comment and changes come back in the same box. The Pageproof team assists when ever the time arises for me to ask questions with in minutes. Brillaint.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

there's nothing I dislike, its all good.

What do you like best about PageProof?

Pageproof streamlines our proofing process. We love the ease of receiving feedback from our customers. The integration with our Monday board is perfect for our business. What we like most of all is the support at Pageproof. Sarah and the pageproof team went above and beyond to get us up and running. We couldn't have done it without them!

What do you dislike about PageProof?

We dislike that if you log in on a different browser it may prompt you to create an account, but I know Pageproof is working on changing this or at least providing a way around it!

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pageproof is streamlining our proofing process. Instead of our orders team directly typing up and emailing our customers, pageproof does it for them. It takes out so many of our previous and unnecessary steps.

What do you like best about PageProof?

I absolutely love PageProof!

* Intuitive User Interface: The product has a clean design and is incredibly user-friendly. Using it is intuitive, and it's easy to get started with no prior experience.

* Intuitive Markup System: The intuitive markup system is one of the standout features of PageProof. It makes it easy to provide feedback and make changes to documents, which saves me a lot of time and hassle.

* Outstanding Customer Service: The customer service at PageProof is truly exceptional. Anytime I've had a question or needed assistance, their team has been incredibly responsive and helpful.

* Slack Integration: The Slack integration is a huge boon to my efficiency. It allows me to stay on top of changes and updates without having to constantly check my email.

* Add Attachments: The ability to add attachments to comments is also a huge help when a visual reference is needed to clarify feedback.

I really have zero compaints. There were a few issues when we first started using it a few years ago, but the PageProof team has addressed them, either on their own or as a response to a direct request!

* Remote Collaboration: The product is a huge help for those working remotely. It provides a central location for collaboration, which makes it easier to stay on top of changes and updates. However, we would still be using PageProof even if we were all in the office

* Increased Efficiency: PageProof increases efficiency by providing an intuitive markup system and Slack integration.

* Up-to-date Features: PageProof is constantly updating with new features, which ensures that the product stays relevant and useful over time.

What do you like best about PageProof?

PageProof if every marketers' dream come true! It's easy to use, has a very short learning curve and was easy to implement for my team. We use this platform every single day, and has quickly become one of our core operation programs that we could never go without. They also add new features very frequently that are actually helpful, and clearly care about the feedback they receive from their customers. Their customer support is also some of the best I've had with any SaaS programs.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

The reviewer tools, while impressive, are sometimes overwhelming for reviewers who have less experience with design and more sophisticated SaaS programs. I would love to see an option to limit the amount of tools that reviewers have access to, to make things more streamlined on their end. Less is more, for our reviewers in particular.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous proofing process took 2 weeks on average to get one marketing piece approved. Reviewers could not see others' suggested revisions which led to a multitude of misunderstandings and back-and-forth on other platforms. PageProof has fixed all of these problems for us. Our average time to proof an item now takes only 2-3 days, comments and requested changes are completely visible to all reviewers, and the automatic workflows ensure that it's a hands-off process for the proofers until they receive a to-do list. Our marketing team has never been so streamlined with a process!

It is built by designers - for designers. It looks great, it intuitive and they are constantly developing additional features. PageProof is the backbone to a key internal approval process for our business.

What do you like best about PageProof?

PageProof has helped us organize and streamline our creative approval process. We love the transparency and the conversation that it generates, along with the record of edit requests and approvals. The program is so intuitive that we haven't needed much support from the PageProof team, but on the few occasions that I have reached out we have received stellar service.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

Our team has no complaints about this product. We love using it. We are all familiar with similar products from past organizations, and we agree that PageProof is superior in so many ways (more intuitive tools, easy tagging, simple archive system)

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple reviewers across several time zones. Having a meeting every time we want to review creative just isn't feasible and managing the conversation over slack or email becomes way too confusing. This tool is perfect for our team - super easy to manage the poofs, intuitive mark-ups that engage our entire team in the conversation, and a preserved record that we can use as a reference.

"A Wonderful Easy to use Proofing System"
What do you like best about PageProof?

We were looking for an online proofing solution that would be easy to use internally and for our customers. PageProof delivers that right out of the gate with easy to use workflows that expedite onboarding when sending proofs out. We've completely transformed our proofing system. They're always adding new features. Additionally, they've been fantastic to work with when it comes to support and customizing for our workflows with integrations.

I've already done demos for peers and couldn't recommend PageProof more as an online proofing system.

What do you dislike about PageProof?

It's hard to think of something but it would be great if permission were a little more granular to allow non-admins access to other users' proofs.

What problems is PageProof solving and how is that benefiting you?

Previously each customer service person had their own method for sending off proofs. Emails would go back and forth or sometimes get lost. We never had visibility into the proofing process because it was individualized. PageProof has helped standardize our process as well as gives everyone the same tools and insight into the proofing process.
