I can't say enough about my positive experience with OwnerRez. I've been in real estate (sales & property management) for 20 years now so I've interacted with a multitude of online platforms and service providers and this has BY FAR been my best experience at getting one set up.

The guidance provided during this entire process is unmatched! Their support team is responsive, precise and professional! I worked with Ken primarily and he was the absolute best. Whenever I got stuck or needed advice or instructions on how to set something up he quickly pointed me in the right direction.

Their platform is organized, efficient, extremely in depth and yet easy to navigate and set up. As with everything, there is a learning curve, but once you get it all going it makes your vacation rental(s) so much easier to manage across the various rental sites.

So far there has not been anything to dislike or complain about.

Great bang for your buck. The features are amazing. I'm not very techy and was able to get everything set up with their guidance. If you feel overwhelmed, just be patient and take it one step at a time and don't hesitate to contact support for guidance.

Software is everything I want to manage my properties. It looks scary in setting everything up, but the tech support team is excellent. They respond quickly and at all hours, 7 days a week. Great product!

As a novice, it is overwhelming to set up everything. The tech support team makes it easy. Chris and the team are so patient.

I highly recommend using OwnerRez managing your short term rentals no matter how many properties you have.

API integration with VRBO, Booking.com, Hometogo and Airbnb. In addition my credit card processor integrates easily. In addition, I now have my own website. It is part of the package with OwnerRez.

I love that it is American based, which means they offer support on my time clock and I'm not left waiting 2 days for a reply... that then needs another 2 days or more of back and forth emails before any resolution actually starts taking place.

I'm not really sure if there is anything I don't like about it. I've tried ALL the other PM & CM companies that I could find. I searched regularly for new ones, always trying them out for the trial period. A even paid for and used a couple of them for a few months. But wasn't happy. Then I found OwnerRez!

Do it! It's hands down the best option out there!

I have a better support channel which is extremely important. I have a much better looking website that has brought in way more direct bookings due to its SEO built in to it. Im saving almost half the money it cost with my previous company. I'm saving time due to its ease of use!

OwnerRez software is awesome! I have been able to easily create my own direct booking site, manage my listings on multiple vacation rental sites in one place including photos, description, booking rules, pricing, and rental agreement, as well as keep track of all my booking records for financial reports. Tech support is really the best and super detailed/thorough. I recommend it 100%!

It really does pretty much everything that my business needs so not much to dislike about that. The only thing it doesn’t do is fast automatic messaging in response to inquiries. I use another software in conjunction with OwnerRez and it works as a nice complement to it.

I would recommend 'not to hesitate' after reviewing software details for your vacation rental business. 'Owner Rez' works as advertised (not all do) and most efficiently and cost-effectively with great support.

No problems or issues. How many can say that about the reservation system they are using. We have worked with two other reservation systems prior to 'Owner Rez' that did not work out due to issues. It is a pleasure to be writing an 'excellent' review and working with a reservation system that works. There is a system out there that works great and is reasonably priced to get the job done! Owner Rez.

Paul W was excellent in solving my issue of having 2 accounts signed up. I have never waited more than 1 day for an answer from someone on the OR team. Highly recommend for ease of use and customer service!

I wish we could mass email past guests instead of manually exporting email lists.

I love what this software does for me. The daily tracking and the ease of having the information I need right at my fingertips. The customer support is second to none. I'm learning more and more as I dive into it and there are so many things that OwnerRez anticipated and already have in the software. The customer service has been awesome and very responsive. I'm not techy but they help me through each little road block I hit.

Granted, there is a learning curve as with any software. So, my own frustration was my biggest enemy. I quickly asked for help when I was lost and always quickly received a response.

My biggest business problem is, what's going on right now, today? The different screens I have at my fingertips helps me keep my pulse on what is happening today, tomorrow and next week.

Honestly the support is what kept me after the trial!

I tell ya, I haven't found one thing I dislike.

Look no further. Set aside all the benefits. Think only of the support you'd need. Knowing they are 100% on their game. OwnerRez is the ONLY WAY TO GO!!

First and foremost the Direct Booking Widgets and Websites are what drew me in originally. Allowing users to embed widgets without prompting the guest to change sites, OwnerRez was the only software I found that allowed this. Moving forward I love that I'm able to Managing multiple listings for the properties while being able to use one platform for everything, rental agreements, house rules, etc..

I need to touch base in regards to their Rent Cancellation/Travel Protection + Damage Protection all of which are optional choices for guest during the booking process.

There are so many benefits to using OwnerRez.

Ken & Chris have offered awesome support no matter the issue. Just yesterday I think I emailed them 5 or 6 times and even more today. They are quick with response!!
