What do you like best about OutreachPlus?

- Outreach allows multiple mailboxes on one user license

- Uses gmail SMTP so higher deliverability

- Automation is pretty simple

What do you dislike about OutreachPlus?

- Support is difficult, mostly redirected to the university

- Implementation and onboarding is tough

Recommendations to others considering OutreachPlus:

It is the better alternative to SalesLoft

What problems is OutreachPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had HubSpot CRM which has a limitation of 5 emails in sequence, so Outreach enabled longer cold email chains for us.

What do you like best about OutreachPlus?

I love the fact that I can keep track of email open rates of my prospects. Based on the number of times they have opened my mail, I can plan my next move and strategy.

What do you dislike about OutreachPlus?

If outreach can have ways to create marketing mailers that would be great. I want them to come up with standard marketing templates which we can use to share with our customers. It can be information about upcoming or ongoing promotional offers.

What problems is OutreachPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me to reach out to new prospects in the most effective way. It is also helping to generate customer responses as I am giving them the information what they need for their business.

What do you like best about OutreachPlus?

Wonderful onboarding process and the ability to increase traffic through link building. It helped us with a lot of content campaigns and we reached our business goal in 2018. In 2019 we are planning to come back to Outreach Plus, we put it on hold now as we have no similar campaigns at the moment.

What do you dislike about OutreachPlus?

I think the only thing I would dislike is untransparent pricing, but it is not a drawback really - it pays off!

Give it a try even if you are hesitating. It gives you a lot of possibilities you wouldn't have anywhere else. I am looking forward to coming back to it :)
