Great customer support assistant

I have been using Outlook Email on my OS device since 2012. I used Outlook for my daily mailing, but past few days I have been facing the issues of duplicate emails that were in my inbox and I didn't even know who sent them. By continuously facing this issue I tried many things to remove it but I refused to do this.

After that, I tried to get some help from Outlook customer support assistant over chat. It was Mr. Donald Olsen who provided me with a step-by-step guide to resolve my issue. And, within 30 minutes as per their guidance, I resolved my duplicate Email issue smoothly, and Now, my Outlook Email is working properly.

I would like to thank the Outlook Email customer support team, especially Mr. Donald Olsen, who helped me resolve my issue with easy and simple tricks.

There is no way to eliminate older emails in batch, we need to delete emails one by one, not a good thing.

What do you like best about Microsoft Outlook?

Apart from its ease of use, Microsoft Outlook supports multiple devices, I use an android, an Apple iPad, a laptop, and a Macbook Air, and Outlook works on all of them. Makes it awesome!

Not to forget, there is also outlook on the web.

What do you dislike about Microsoft Outlook?

In as much as Outlook is one of the best mail clients in the market, it also has its downsides. Foremost amongst them is the integration of third-party apps, especially when compared to Gmail app. Although it allows third party app integration but not as much as one will want.

Use Microsoft Outlook if you want to be free of users incessant complaints especially with other mail clients.

Many organizations have switched from other mail clients to outlook because of the ease to integrate and install it. Apart from that, it is easy to synchronize emails, contacts, and calender, which every business needs.

I can easily use this platform on any device and its the same view for all. It makes scheduling meetings a brezze and alerts me. I can customize my settings that works for me.
