My team has been able to 2x their productivity using Orum. I love how the parallel dialer has minimal delay and gets me and my team into instant live conversations! We are booked way more meetings now than we were before. The best dialer on the market hands down! I also loved working with the Orum team and my sales rep Skye was awesome. I wish that more of the the numbers that we have on our prospects were hot numbers because those numbers definitely have a higher connect rate than the others.

5-10x the dials you'd normally do at once. And, before you think that's too much, there's nice productiviy hacks built it so you can quickly orientate yourself to whoever picks up, so it doesn't have a 5-10x feel for the prospect being dialed. Further, great features and workflows around detecting humans vs. machines, metrics around the call funnel, and objection detection for coaching.
Nothing on the dialling side really, would be nice if they one day expanded into Linkedin Automation or something else like that for example but their bread and butter is calls and worth it for the calls alone.
Dialling thousands vs. hundreds a week.
Orum is the easiest auto-dialler to use out of the many I've tried. I'm a tech savvy individual but it was important to have easy implementation for the less tech-focused people on my team. The onboarding process was incredible and we made great use of the trial.
The ONLY downside of Orum is the high price tag. It's WAY more expensive than other autodiallers, but it also has way more features than other diallers, so really it's a tradeoff.
Orum allowed us to HEAVILY increase the quantity of our calls, while including extra resources and tools to make call-logging, note-taking and insights just as quick/easy as making the call itself.

The only thing I wish was possible is the ability to use my personal number to make calls but that is out of there control due to other factors.

No delay on dialing in, allows up to 3 dials at a time, seamless integration with HubSpot. Really enjoy using Orum as a whole and it is vital for our small sales operation. Price of it pays for itself
Removing a prospect from a list doesn't remove it for other users. Makes it so you have to stick to your own list which is fine but when people get promoted, change positions, etc., it can cause a stress as to whether you're double calling prospects on accident that should not be reached back out to.
Outbound dials and making sure we're hitting quotas
Parallel dialing feature accelerates the number of sales calls I make in a day and connects me with decision makers faster. The analytics are insightful and actionable to help us continously improve our messaging.
The left navigation with the dialpad dissapears when resuming dials so I have to open it up every time.

Competitors are still in the early stages I feel like you guys are at least 3 steps ahead in terms of UI and product support
There has been a couple of bug here and there, specially with the call history update, the Orum team made sure to address our concerns and we are waiting on the resolution. Overall great job!

Orum is the closest thing to cold calling as a super power. This is the most effective time saving tool in an era when prospects are overwhlemed emails in full inboxes. Additionally, having the LinkedIn button to open a prospects profile makes for a highly effective interface design. Frankly, I don't see how every company isn't already using Orum.
The only caveat is that you need to keep the dialer well-fed with quality data because with the ability to power dial 6 parallel lines at the same time also means that you will need to invest time into making sure you have plenty of prospects to call each week.
Orum allows my team to reach more prospects /decision makers than it is humanly possible to call if dialing one-at-a-time.
