I love how visual this tool is. We previously relied heavily on Google Drive but our files were buried in folders inside folders. Oroson enables us to compile all elements of a campaign or project into one single board, broken into sections and at a glance we can see the campaign develop end to end. It's much more efficient, visual and collaborative for us as a team and on an individual level. The team at Oroson are incredibly responsive and the client support is fantastic. We have given feedback and suggestions and within days this has been implemented. The tool continues to improve constantly within new features and functionality that help us work better.
There is little to dislike about Oroson, it does everything we have needed it to do. If there is anything that is causing us issues, we can flag it with the Oroson team and their developers are straight onto it. 10/10.
If you need visual, collaborative solutions to your campaigns or projects then Oroson will deliver and save a lot of time and back and forths via email.
The ability to view our campaigns in visual form all in once place has been a major solution to our marketing team. The ability to upload files in many formats has saved many headaches and a lot of time and effort.
How easy it is to share content and add board members. Usually, we would use email or transfer to share content. Now we throw it on the Oroson board. Any content goes on there, and anyone I need to discuss it with, I can invite them. It's the first tool I use in the morning.

It removes the need to use other platforms, email, slack, we transfer.We have stopped using them cause we can do it all on Oroson, and everything can exist there. It's also got an excellent audit log feature
The collaboration, thought we would have been back in the office by now but due to covid we are now all working from home but because of Oroson this has not posed the challenges we thought. My team and I can share work, give feedback all in one space. Not just great for internal use, we use it with our clients as well.
Nothing so far, it has been a great experience.
Less emails, did not realise how much time I would save not having to scroll through email trails for feedback. Not having to constantly answer emails has been a gamechanger and has saved me alot of time.
Oroson has been incredibly easy to use, from initial training and product run-through, to sharing with clients and getting them to use it.
The best feature in my opinion has been the ability to pin point feedback on video, which saves a lot of time, emails and any potential confusion - especially since may colleagues and clients have been working from home / having remote meeting in the last 12 months.
For the functionality that we mainly use the software - commenting and critiquing creative work, there is very little, if anything, I would change.
The only comment would be if you can send all amend notifications at once as a setting, rather than getting multiple emails over the course of a half-hour period.
This has made the time to feedback and collate amends for video work far more streamlined - providing better results to the client.
The app has various boards that help with accessibility moving between multiple projects allowing you to see a project from idea generation to finalized project visually. The app allows everyone in the team to join in with ideas or comments, helping make it easier to make changes.
There is nothing that I dislike about the app, it keeps on improving its features meaning the app keeps on improving. As a team everyone has really enjoyed the App and we use it on a daily basis. I would highly recommend the app if your looking for an idea led app that you can quickly access.
Before using oroson we were communicating changes through email- which had a lot of back and forth aswell as restrictions for sizes that could be uploaded. By switching to the oroson app we not only recieve a more creative approach but the features within the app help the team with idea generation and easy commenting which reflects a much easier way of working.
Even without any training, you'd pick up how to use this very quickly.
For the time and effort it saves with making amends in a more manual way, especially when working from home.
Genuinely no dislikes, all positive so far.
Have used more expensive alternatives in the past that do exactly the same thing. No reason to use anyone else.

The software is incredibly intuitive, myself and the set up team found ti easy to navigate and quickly saw the benefits of using it to streamline client and internal feedback. It's the perfect place for live projects, great to tracking versions and collaborative for the multiple teams to input in one place. I'd definitely recommend Oroson to other creative agencies and businesses looking for a collaborative tool.
This isn't a criticism of the platform, but working remotely we found it more difficult to onboard teams and get them using Oroson from home. There was a feeling that we already used a lot of software and this was just something else. Having said that, the core team could absolutely see the benefits over current systems we use - and we'll definitely look to use Oroson full time on our return to the office
Working from home during lockdown especially, our teams were experiencing even higher levels of emails, and hours spend on Teams calls taking client feedback. Oroson can totally streamline this process, freeing up more time to focus on producing great work.
Oroson is perfect for keeping all the elements of any type of project together in one easy to use interface. It helps visualise the entire project. As a brand strategist it's brilliant for working internally as a team. Not only does it save us time, but it helps us synthesise insights and push our creativity further because it's such a visual platform.
There's nothing really to dislike, the Oroson team are great at keeping you updated, and if there's any feature you think is missing you can let them know and they'll get to work on it straight away.
It really comes into its own when it comes to feedback. No more collating feedback from multiple sources, everyone can easily feedback together on anything, even video. This sounds small, but it saves loads of time and also reduces the risk of missing any amends. It's also great for keeping clients up to date with their projects. Rather than emails and conversations going back and fourth, we simply create a client facing project board that the client can drop in on any time and see how their project is progressing.
If I had to pick one thing, it would have to be the ease of use. The system is simple, user friendly, clear, intuitive, and above all, makes sense to everyone across the business.
This is a hard one as there isn't anything I can say I don't like. We've asked about new features, and fed back on our experiences with the platform, and all suggestions and feedback are being quickly acted on - which is brilliant. Oroson are a platform that don't just help manage projects, but also listen to you and try to make your life even easier.
Version control and group feedback are huge benefits for us. We can see very clearly how many rounds of work are being completed, and when which is highly beneficial for workflow and cost monitoring. It's also a central place for multiple team members to feedback on creative, stopping the need to endless email chains and missed messages.

My team has been long-time users of Oroson even before 2020 and always found it a helpful tool, but the platform has really come into its own in the past 14 months with the introduction of working from home. It's no longer possible to jump into a meeting room physically and shoot the proverbial in person, and so Oroson has become a vital resource for creative collaboration, idea generation, feedback, and iterative design improvements.
It's visually led and intuitive to use; easy to set up new boards and start populating them with ideas and simple to leave annotations and feedback. We use it for virtually all of our major marketing activity and the platform has become an essential part of how we work.
The platform's UX has also improved greatly in the past year and the team releases consistent updates on a regular basis, often taking direct feedback and ideas on board.
It would be nice to be able to add attachments and files directly to comments and annotations, sometimes collaborating involves a bit of back-and-forth and the need to provide examples. At the minute we have to send any files across separately rather than being able to pin them directly within a comment.
The major benefit of Oroson to us is for the generation of ideas and feeding back on concepts and designs. Even prior to COVID it has been extremely handy to be able to use it as a scrapbook to house and collaborate on ideas, but given that we're all currently working outside of the office it's become a vital part of our working processes and negates the need for lengthy email chains or multiple shared folders and instead displays everything in an intuitive and easy to access layout.
