There have been quite a few transactions mislabeled or numbers plugged in to make things balance out. These issues have caused performance reports to come out incorrect and require research and fixing.

There is nothing as such which I personally don't like about Orion Advisor

It is benefitting in a great way.

I like nothing about the technology or company. Both leave you with a bag of empty promises. No customer service. And much more workload than we had before.

It took us more than a year to be onboarded correctly. Whenever there was/are problems Orion blames the advisory firm vs their own systems and processes. I'm. It saying the customer is always right but to Orion, the customer is always wrong because Orion is an infoulable company.

Everything has become more chaotic. I guess we get a performance report but our billing, trading, etc is all much more time consuming that it was when we were simply using excel spreadsheets and Schwab Portfolio Center
