The tool is easy to use and gives a lot of flexibility
It would be great if you could easily grab pieces of the orgchart to move as organizations change.
It helps to understand where you have holes in your knowledge of an account

There was nothing about OrgChart Plus that I dislike.
We struggled to understand our customer's organization/relationship mapping and what that meant for us. OrgChartPlus has enabled us to create detailed org charts and develop steps to take to help build plans to elevate relationships and align key stakeholders.

It's integration to SFDC is unmatched. If you have contacts associated with an account or an opportunity, it will import directly into the OrgChartPlus. Further, you can add new contacts directly into OrgChartPlus and it backfills into SFDC. I also like the ability to draw informal relationships.
no issues. It works as promised. I've used it in both Classic and Lightning
works great in both Classic and Lightning. There is a special install . you can do in lightning so it shows up as an object without clicking into a button
We use OrgChartPlus to give executives at our company a birds eye view into our major customers and prospects to get clear where the selling needs to occur.
The ease of use - the roll out went very smooth. The reps love the drag and drop - as well as the integration to Salesforce. As well, there is a lot you can customize to the solution.
Nothing comes to mind at this time. If anything, we need to get better at the Molecule view which is on us.
Great bunch of folks with a great product. They are willing to jump on the phone at the drop of a hat if you need any help - very responsive.
Salesforce just lists a bunch of contacts - OrgChart Plus allows you to visualize and share your strategy to get to key targets.
It has allowed us to more easily identify risks within an account - where we don't have relationships or we have detractors

Easy drag and drop tool. Once we asked about customisation, and clarified the flexibility of the tool to write data to our CRM system, it really opened up avenues we had not been able to consider before - or we weren't able to previously find a solution too. OCP is a great tool and I would advocate it.
The ability to integrate competitors, colleagues, and contacts from other accounts, is a great addition that accommodates the reality of relationships. The team were really supportive and did a great job of implementation and also the customisation that we asked them to do.
Reporting on the social relationship lines is currently an issue, but we know this is part of the development roadmap the the benefits we currently get out of OCP far outway the things that are currently in development.
This is an amazing gem, hard to find but once you have, you will ask yourself what you were doing before you found OCP! Make sure you ask about customisation and writing data back to contact profiles. The tool can be so much more if you ask the right questions!
