I love that it links directly to our HRIS and updates automatically, causing very little to no maintenance.

Learning the system is a bit tricky, but once you have it then it makes sense.

Efficiency

The implementation was so quick and easy. Prior to OrgChart, we were manually updating a home-made chart in Visio. It was incredibly time consuming and was difficult to maintain accuracies. With OrgChart, all changes are fully integrated and automatically updated when processed in our HRIS platform. Its entirely hands-off and has saved us so much time.

I have not yet found a single thing to dislike.

OrgChart helps us provide a maintenance-free org chart for our employees. This has removed many hours of manual updates and we can trust that the integration will feed the updates from our HRIS platform into OrgChart.

It connects with ADP and makes a seamless, efficient process for us. The refresh, autoarchive, planning and charting customization are really helpful in a large organization.

We like everhting about it! We have not experienced anything that has caused an issue. The team, the program, and the possibilities for strategic planning are all excellent.

We previously had a standalone program that did not connect to our HRIS. This was a manual process to update our company photo directory and our organizational growth has made the manual program become inefficient for us. The connector into ADP eliminates a lot of time and effort spent to update an ever-changing directory. We're really looking forward to the efficiencies!

Org chart connects to our payroll system and seamlessly brings the data into the org charts. You can create pretty much any kind of chart you need with this tool. Lots of data from our payroll system can be included in the chart depending on who your audience is.

I have not found anything that I dislked about OrgChart. It is a seamless application to our payroll system and I couldn't be happier to not have to do the charts by hand. Awesome product!

By offerifng this product, I no longer have to update org charts manually. They were also able to customize the look and feel of the charts that is difficult to do in other programs.

I feel is a bit complicated to edit the settings on your own but once you learn how to do it, it gets easier.

We did not have it easy when it came to present company wide org charts, we madre our org charts mostly manually. This tool has definitely made it possible and we are now able to have the information we need faster. Not to mention it looks very nice

I had an exceptional experience with the staff throughout my journey. From the outset, Ryan Berg astutely handled my sales call, demonstrating kindness and prompt responsiveness to my inquiries. Despite my hectic schedule in recent weeks, Francois orchestrated our implementation meetings flawlessly, ensuring every moment was productive and valuable. Their dedication and competence truly elevated my overall experience.

While the program offers comprehensive training that led to successful outcomes, I can't help but notice its somewhat bulky nature. Even as a proficient technology user, I anticipate a learning curve to navigate the program seamlessly. Despite my confidence, I foresee that it might take some time to achieve the level of ease I desire.

We previously used OrgPlus, but they stopped carrying government accounts. My previous support team member at OrgPlus recommended OrgChart to accomplish the same functions. We will use OrgChart to display employee data for planning by our C-Suite team. In addition, we will synchronize it to SharePoint to serve as an org chart and directory display for our staff.

It took some getting used to but once I knew what I was doing it worked well
