Organimi is user friendly. There is so much you can accomplish with Organimi in addition to just Org Charts. We love it!

In Organimi we can pull multiple reports in Addison to just Org Charts and that has helped with unnecessary reports.
How easy it was to set up and link other accounts.
Not being able to change certain labels. IE- the business partner is now overseeing the HR team but it would not allow me to do that.
With a hybrid team, it makes it much easier for people to know who/what departments to reach out to with specific questions and concerns. It lets people see their coworkers' backgrounds and what they have specialized in, which helps them connect and work better together.

So far i've been satisfied with the program, it can be slow at times but that could be my own computer.

Org chart sharing, exporting, etc
Creating an org chart and amending it as you continue to build is simple. The added benefit of this simplicity is the different views one is able to access. These different views will add much value to the various departments within the organisation as the use-case demands.
Difficult to say what I dislike at this point as I am new to the software. During the trial period, I did not pick up anything I might suggest removing for improvement.
We have various campaigns within our BPO organisation. These campaigns often require us to move individuals into different campaigns. To keep updated on these movements, we required software that gave us a visual representation of the organisation while making it simple to amend and move employees around.
I appreciate how easy it is to build out our charts, add formatting, fields, and move people around.

We're looking to model our future company structure in a way that is easy from a brainstorming perspective where boxes and names need to be moved around.
I've used many org chart builders and this is my favourite by far. It's so user-friendly and quick to build or edit. If you can upload a file then it's very fast but even manually adding is simple to create. I like the feature of adding LinkedIn and auto-adding photos from LinkedIn profile pages. There are a lot of cool features, and also lots of options to integrate into systems we use, such as Microsoft 365 or Confluence.
Perhaps adding LiveChat for quick support may be useful to add alongside email support would be useful.
We need to have an up-to-date organisational chart so that our teams can see the management and reporting lines, and having one which is clear, and personalised makes it a lot warmer and more engaging to view. We have used the photo addition, and LinkedIn addition to each person's profile to help bring it to life and encourage connection across other platforms we use. Being able to integrate to platforms makes a huge difference too, as we've used org chart builders before and had difficulties integrating and had to compromise the quality of the chart in order to add, whereas following Organimi's guides, a few steps later it was on our systems and showing perfectly for our company.
It is very easy to get a beautiful org chart that is automatically updated :)

I am so happy that I found Organimi! Prior to using Organimi, I was making all of our org charts with PowerPoint. It was a nightmare and it took SO MUCH TIME! I spent most of my time formatting instead of really thinking about how to structure our teams. I also LOVE the Organimi support team. They are super responsive and always willing to help me if I hvae questions.
I haven't really found a downside...and normally I have a million suggestions for improvement for the software I use. I guess the only thing I would love is if Organimi could integrate with our payroll system. But, to be honest, I haven't tried that. So maybe it does? I will have to look into that.
Organimi has helped us solve two main problems: internal communication and a short-staffed HR team. With Organimi, we are finally able to post a comprehensive org chart that is easy to keep up-to-date and shows the real-time organization of our team. The other big problem it solved was the huge amount of time it took our HR team to keep our org chart updated when we were doing it by using PowerPoint.
