I like the simplicity and customizability of Orderry, we can easily create fields to adapt to our business model and needs. The software also comes with an app, easy to use and very convenient. The price is lo and contract-free which is ideal for new businesses.
I would like Orderry to have his UI design modernized with options to customize the UI like the colors.
It'll be great to add a feature to show a list of all open orders that can be cast on a separate display, it's ideal for technician teams.
I can easily track repair jobs and read past records when I need to perform another procedure on the same device.
Orderry allows me to gather serial numbers and system versions to record more data about my client's devices thanks to Orderry form flexibility that allows me to create custom fields to add whichever data is relevant for my business to keep records of -- this is a feature I find extremely useful and important, and you won't find many industry-specific software like Orderry that allows it.
The support team always reply within a few days and have been listening to my feedbacks. They fixed a glitch I found despite the war that have been impacting their opreations.

Inventory management: inventory can not be ordered on the system. Also there is no option to add spare part in order from product list if you don't have it in stock

I like that i am able to customize the software and have been able to get things setup without requiring much assistance. When I needed assistance, the support team was quick and efficient at answering my questions.
The thing I dislike most about Orderry is how the Inventory lists function on the app and in the list view. The only thing that shows up is the name, which we require to be the part number to keep it unique. The product name is in the description, and there is no way of having that show up in the list or on the app.
With Orderry we are now able to easily see a complete history of all repairs that have been done on each of our vehicles. In our old system, it was easier to look through the paper files rather than find the work order in the system. We are also able to have the technicians log their time and complete paperwork more efficiently.
