What I like the best about Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Capital Management is the transparency the system offers. We implemented every module in HCM Cloud and it has been a very pleasant and easy transition...from PeopleSoft.
What I dislike about Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management is not being able to use SQL to get information out of the system.
Its allowing the functional leads within the organization to take back or manage their own data.
