JD Edwards has a great user interface. The table structure is also laid out very well. JD Edwards is also capable of connecting with financial reporting software / report writers which drives efficiencies. JD Edward also has various workflow which promotes strong controls.

I did not have any negative experiences with the JD Edwards software.

JD Edwards was very user friendly for the corporate accounting team. It provided workflow controls to ensure all postings were authorized. The system was also compatible with external report writing software so enable realtime customized reporting.

JDE can handle large amounts of data; sometimes, we feel lagging while fetching the data from the browser. Other than that, I don't feel any issue there in this ERP

In Jd Edwards E1, we can extensively manage all our inventory in a proper manner. Along with that, BI reporting is one of the best outputs; adding an application interface benifits us in integrating third-party systems.

Nowadays, we cannot say JDE is outdated as JDE offers cloud solutions in a very vast manner with enhanced security services.

All our business processes are processing in the correct way and within time while using JD Edwards. And in manufacturing plant we can able to manage our material and its FG.

Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is very useful ERP for sales, distribution, manufacturing, finance and other modules as well. We are using it internaly in our proccess for day to day use.

There are some busness processes we cannot implrement in JD edwards. For that we need to customize the system as per its flexibility. Alot of times, alot of data stucks in Cache which is not good,

We have implemented i in our own finance team. Thus we generate all the financial data with JD edwards EnterpriseOne internally. Also implemented Sales and distribution and manufacturing modules for various clients.

The introduction of new features like Orchastrations and flexibility to configure for all business needs.

The application interfaces are simple to use and navigate.

The inability to easily delegate approval access with no built in solution to revert.

Inability to have more then one default purchasing approval route which due to security restrictions requires more then 1 use account.

Aligning work between WO-REQ-PO and see the financial transactions as they relate to those orders in addition to approval tracking thru that life cycle of orders.

I like the platform is easily customizable and has employee appraisals, address books, payroll and project information in one area.

I don't like the search feature. Must use the search button and can't press 'enter'

Creating projects and awarding projects is simple and convient. It is linked with email so all pdfs are easily saved.

you can everything you need in JDE with the correct training, simple to use,

sometimes it can freeze, or if wrong info entered makes, it hard at times.
