I like it's user friendly interface . I also like the fact that it has pre built adapters and connectors for popular applications,database and technologies.

The documentation and support can be more detailed and more comprehensive. I also dislike the minimum customisation options with in OUC

The best thing about oracle integration is no code platform. It's inbuilt adapters that allows to connect with other applications really help in smooth integrations building. It can be used to build integrations, process automation and build native cloud applications faster as Compared to the usual custom integrations built in other tech stack like adf framework using java.

There's nothing much to dislike about OIC, apart from when you are in the middle of designing an integration and the browser page gets refreshed, your changes sometimes are recoverable and sometimes they are lost, and you have to again design the part that you did not save.
