Indispensable for HR Work
What do you like best about Oracle Human Resources Analytics?
Broad database allows us to import large amounts of data to be able to manage our very complex networks.
What do you dislike about Oracle Human Resources Analytics?
Takes a while to learn how to navigate. And if you have folks that don't follow your process you sometimes end up with garbage in and garbage out.

Learn before you start to use it. Think ahead on how you set up your enviorment.
What problems is Oracle Human Resources Analytics solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our vast BPO and W2 labor force for our contact centers. Needed to be able answer questions like employee life span, attrition rates etc.

Oracle is stable and reliable

The difference variety that Oracle offers. We have several different applications that uses Oracle. Tons of different ways to enter time, PTO, and user records.

Doesn't really go down to much either.
Recommendations to others considering Oracle Human Resources Analytics?
Not really and issue with the system. It just all depends on how it's implented/use within an a companies environment. Sometimes we run into an issue with the redundancy of applications from Oracle. We have way to many applications that do the same exact thing.

This is great for a huge company. Not so much for a small non-profit company.

A Learning Curve
What do you like best about Oracle Human Resources Analytics?
I have worked with Oracle HRMS and iRecruitment. I loved how all data once fed was easy to extract/edit/update. However it took a couple hours of training and practising to be able to easily navigate.
What do you dislike about Oracle Human Resources Analytics?
I feel the portal could be more user friendly in terms of navigation through different sections. The aesthetics too could be worked on to increase the feel of easy to use

I like the hierarchial view and the linked dashboards available for checking the Employee details. It is quite insightful.

The search feature perhaps needs some improvement. It doesn't always fetches back the details correctly.
