I did not like the start up at first because it was a little slow transitioning but once it was up and going I love it now. I do not know how we ever functioned without it.

Well, with Oracle you can do a lot of things. Customization at its finest. It can really automate all your business process and replacing your manual workflow with integrations and complex workflows.

Sometimes there is a bug or issue logging in, however it can't be fixed right away since it is cloud already. But with the help of knowledgeable technical support, you don't have to worry.

Automation. With the use of Oracle, you can now complete your business process in just one tap. From order to cash, source to pay and many more. Standard reports are pretty awesome, dashboards and KPI's.

It makes the techs in the field have an easier time navigating the customer experience. It allows us to combine all the different systems used for our customer data in a one stop shop for the field techs and their managers to view the data. Field service cloud also allows for an easy to use interface to see their routes throughout the day.

Because of the ease of use in the rare case of service disruption techs are not familiar with what they need to do to continue with their day.
