ECO is very easy to route approval. Very flexible

What do you like best about Oracle Agile?

I have been using the Agile Oracle product for 18 years currently we are on Agile PLM 9. We could not run our business without the use of the product lifecycle managment and PDM this is where we live daily and what i know and appreciate.

What do you dislike about Oracle Agile?

Only issue have with Agile is the reporting which I know the Oracle PLM Cloud will resolve

This is where we build our BOMs for our products among other aspects of the business.

Single place for Master data- can get comprehensive reports. And can control data better

Collection of working documents and design drawings for the construction of set top box manufacturing. Eased the evaluation of replacement parts.

Maintaining another environment and having to train another administrator. Applying patches.

Set top box OEM replacement parts and substitutions. Field service repairs.

What do you like best about Oracle Agile?

The user interface is perfectly designed. The graphical representation of what your role is in the process and what stage of the process you're in is very intuitive.

What do you dislike about Oracle Agile?

The integration with Oracle EBS is still lacking. Even with a PIP in place it tends to require more intervention than desired.

Creating a systematic process to review and document changes to the products.

What do you like best about Oracle Agile?

Agile is a easy to configure to make it fit your companies needs. The electronic signature capability is one of the reasons we made the decision to purchase the software.

What do you dislike about Oracle Agile?

When needing a bug fix or enhancement it takes way to long to get something in your hands.

What problems is Oracle Agile solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a need for a tool that had revision control and records what changes took place between each revision. This allows us to be compliant and always know what the current revision is for procedures and designs.

Agile's UI was a bit difficult to use initially. It could use a better design.
