None so far, I have all the information I need to get the job done

I recommend to use ACONEX to all industries it will be beneficial

the document management, the benefits that I realized as Document Controller my self is that the process has been good for me all throughout

It will keep all the documents in record and easy to use for submission to consultant and receiving from consultant

Never seen dislike or any problem in oracle

Easy dealing in submission

A recommended tool for construction projects which I am currenlty using. It makes easier for me to find the documents. Very easy to upload documents. Its very safe and secure to use.

Its the update, in my opinion. It took a few hours to correct the upgrade recently, but it only happened once, and I believe it's extremely common across all platforms because we all want to use a better and updated platform like Oracle Aconex.

When you don't use Oracle Aconex you feel like you need a lot of person to help you especially when it comes with the document handling, but when I learned how to use this platform, I felt like I didn't need a lot of people, I only need Oracle Aconex, which helped me reduced an 8-hour effort to a 2-hour task. Seriously It made things easier.

Using Oracle Aconex helps us centralized our documentation. In times like this "Pandemic," where some coworkers are required to do a Work from Home set-up, we can still access documents because of Aconex.

The only thing that I dislike with Aconex is that I cannot edit some document settings, specifically those set-ups created before the start of the project.

The retrieval of documents. Specifically when someone denies that they did not receive the documents during the distribution period.

The best thing which I like the most is that am contacted with my task every time and always up to date with project am working with.

To be honest in my almost 7 years of experience there is nothing to mention as dislike

Easy to carry for huge and multi companies project

Am solving projects related problems like missing documents shop drownings approval etc.I realize that the task or a problem which I solve in minutes was taking days and weeks before working using Aconex.

interface is very friendly and easy fast

i do not like colour of interface, there is not night mode

best tool especially big project

If any document required it's easy because it's stores in cloud it's like online mailing with your cloud data. We used microsoft teams compare to competitors good and reasonable

Your document access with shared with consultant and client it's not a in house data envoirnment. It gives more security and features to get better in the market

It will clear your documents consultant and clients they can review your easily. They can get a clear review with work and get more problem solved with your issues.

Workflow module, bulk superseding, revision control And searching of document with Bolean characters

Nothing I noticed as of now and I am using oracle Aconex since 15 years and as per me it's superb tool for document controlling.

Oracle Aconex is a user friendly for document management perspective.

Revision controling and workflows,

User-friendly & everything is just at your fingertips.

I didn't see any downside of using Aconex during that time, it was all ok.

I would highly recommend Aconex to any organization that may need to use it. Please refer above for the comments about my experience in using Aconex.

Aconex makes your project documents all in one place, very accessible as long as you have internet connection.

Unlimited storage capacity. Extensive features that cater to almost 99% of document management requirements for a project. Can be configured according to the requirement of each project. Modifications are endless. Real-time update.

Some features, if not properly used by users, may cause confusion, duplicated/unnecessary submissions/comments. The full features (I think) is limited to what the consumers acquire (versions of Aconex)

For Gigaprojects and Megaprojects, I strongly recommend Aconex.

Is saving the Earth by being paperless.

The workflow and review process for submissions (documents). A benefit that I like the most is the traceability of everything that is loaded in the Aconex system.
