Nothing I can think off. For now, it does exactly what I need it to do. Perhaps adding a feature to sell digital products would be great.

It is so easy to use and navigate and there are plenty of templates to choose from.

There needs to be more granular control with the designs. Video is not so easy and it needs more video templates.

To be honest, not much. At first, I was disappointed that the free version didn't allow me to change fonts, but then I understood that if you want the best you have to pay.😅

The best thing about Optinly is that they offer most of the essential features for free. ! The Optinly popup generator is one of the most user-friendly tools I’ve seen in three years of using opt-ins. It has been simple to use and we have seen great response from our visitors with its simplicity and efficiency.

The drag and drop feature of optinly is one of the best features i have ever seen in my life. Even the first-timer can design the layout for their pop-up. Very an amazing app for email collection.

Support could be better and faster, we need to wait hours to get the resolution. if they increase the chat support.

Now i can collect more emails using the attractive yet easy layout and increase my sales using email market and this has been the game changer. I recommend this app to all the merchants.

Being able to discretely present my prospects with an option to either know better what it is that we do or simply upsell a paying customer, the opportunities are endless to create engagement and interactions all while growing your mail/contact list.

While I was a little troubled that some of my most used software solution weren't included for integrations but their support system is AMAZING and they are already working on them! Just waiting on results right now!

Engagement and Interaction are two things that I struggled with, and Optinly has started shifting that! Right now it feels like popups are a really good choice, I believe it's a matter of using them wisely and presenting them in a way that is not only appealing but interesting to your audience.

It helps me communicate things with customers smoothly so they aren't lost on my website. Which helps convert users to customers. Also makes things look more professional as I don't need to try to put notifications directly on the homepage.

I wish the buttons could be customized or more added to templates. The templates are good just would be extra nice.

Great pop up app that even works with Shopify. So if you're looking for something to help guide customers or get subscribers this is a great app.
