I like how easy the functions are to Navigate. The mission control is an awesome platform which makes campaign analysis very smooth. I also like how easy it is to gather relevant data. Liat is also great and assists us with any queries we have effectively and efficiently, we work very well together and she has helped the team a lot.

Occasional slowness of functions like mission control and template manager.

Optimove assists us with identifying underperforming campaigns and helps us assign the best campaign to the right group of players. Optimove also helps us with our customer segmentation so we can send the most uplift-generating promotions.

Working with Optimove for 3 years and very satisfied with he different features. Mainly can say that the 24/7 support and guidance from our CSM is amazing. In general Optimove is a big part in our Retention team and we control there most of our activities. Pesonally I love that the product is very friendly and intuitive.

Sometimes we suggesut some new ideas and improvments but it takes time to implement.

Optimove's main strong sides are the segmenting, micro-segmenting solutions, predictive models (Optibot) and reporting on different levels of the business. AM & customer support is also worth mentioning.

Oldschool look of the product for the past 10+ years. No easy-click drag-n-drop solutions. Making changes in data takes X amount of time. Optimove is an old but totally reliable and working PC (Windows) with menu tree solution and navigating. Many competitors are up to date Mac - drag-n-drop & integrated app solutions with modern look. Both do their work really well, one just looks better. For modern era marketeers its easier to use and learn app based solutions.

Automationg all of our marketing communication and analysing results based on performance and predictive models. It helps us understanding our customer behaviour better and adjust accordingly.

Optimove is easy to use, has a great support team which are really skilled talented and friendly. Optimove has been one of the most complex CRM I've had the chance to work with so far. It has a really complex default way to create content for your end users, however it also allow a lot of tailoring for your prefference. My favorite aspect is that I can create my own attribute, just they way I like them

I think the Dashboard and Mission control can be a little bit more user friendly. Having to manage 3 brands, it would help to have a clear differentiation between each within the reports + a way to see all campaigns from a macro stand point to have an easier way to asses their success (I'm not sure how this would be possible though).

the AI feature helps taking our retention efforts to the next level

For me, reliability is vital and coupled with the excellent service offered by our CSM and groundbreaking AI capabilities, Optimove is part of my every day and a tool that I cannot work without.

The only thing that comes to mind is that there is no local Optimove CSM. It would be great to be able to meet face to face.

The most important, as well as the most obviose, is the high cost of generalization. We have managed to personalize our communication massively and continue to improve on this using the insights and statistics provided by Optimove.

We are still in the process of integrating and getting set up on Optimove, and the team there has been brilliant and accommodating to our businesses needs, as we have yet to launch. I really appreciate all the contact hours to go through training and getting us up to speed on best practices and receiving info on how to fully maximize the benefits out of using their product. Optimove is a very easy to use CRM system, and intuitive compared to other platforms out there.

At the moment, we are still in the process of getting set up on Optimove and there is nothing that I dislike. The process has been seamless and we're excited to start utilizing Optimove's features in our marketing efforts.

Optimove will be helping with our remarketing efforts, which will be of benefit to us to build a loyal customer base.

There's a big variety of things you can do in Optimove, it's easy to use and the site is user friendly. The statistics are nice and clear to read. Support replies fast.
