There are no specific things that we dislike. The only caveat I would mention is that as the cost is significant, analysis is needed beforehand to ensure the cost is worth the price for your use case.

The most important benefit to have arisen since using Opticks is the time it saves the team when it comes to fraud analysis.

Opticks offers quite a lot of options in terms of the parameters to analyze, which allows us the break down the analysis for example by campaign, keyword, and other insightful details. Also, their teams are very supportive.

I would remark the customized report section as the best tool since this helps us obtain precious data from the different traffic sources we wouldn't get on another way.

If I have to point out an opportunity for improvement, I would say that I miss the possibility of categorizing different verticals within the "offers" and "campaigns" sections.

Thanks to Opticks fraud prevention, we are currently saving a good percentage of our digital business investments. Thus, we can avoid paying for low-qualified traffic, making our collaborations with third parties even more profitable.

Is pretty easier to use, I like a lot how I can cross campaigns by sources or sub sources and check how the fraud exposure is splitted. Makes the analysis way better.

The last thing we asked was the crossing campaigns with source sub source, and they did it, so actually I am happy with the tools they currently have, if something comes up in the future, I'll let them know :)
