Consistent Branding across all devices and ease of use of the platform.

Have not come across any experience to reference just yet

I have not used the analytics capabilities of the system however, the email signature was executed well and exceeds our expectations.

Being able to have our email signature applied when sending emails from our mobile device allows us to keep our branding consistent and exude that we are constantly working, which is a great look for our industry.

I'm always shocked by how customizable the platform is when it comes to targeting and customizing signatures, down to creating marketing campaigns in signatures for specific departments or regions within our company. Our representitaves, Tori and Janelle, have been on top of this from day one and have helped us set up many campaigns with very specific targeting requirements. We're very grateful for the assistance and are looking forward to working on more things with Opensense in the coming years.

The interface of the platform is powerful but can be confusing when it comes to where things are located in it or what steps are required to achieve the result we're looking for. If not for the expert assistance from Tori and Janelle, we wouldn't have been able to achieve our marketing goals. Luckily it sounds like the Opensense team are aware of these limitations and are actively working on improvements to this in the future, so hopefully we won't have to take up so much of their time in the future.

The biggest problem Opensense solved for us was consistency of signatures across our entire brand and company, along with small (but controlled) regional and departmental customizations where appropriate. Adding highly targeted campaign banners to signatures was an unexpected bonus our teams have been enjoying.

The customer support is some of the best that I have enounted. We are clearly one of their smaller clients, but were still treated with same level of care and respect. The team was responsive, informed, and very proactive during the entire process of setting up our new signature system. I will absolutely be recommending this company to my network in the future.

If you're looking for a flexible signature management tool, Opensense certainly fits the bill. We've been able to create cohesion throughout the organization and deploy really wonderful inclusion features into our signatures.

Our customer success team, Tori Scharadin and Janelle Hengeveld are rockstars; proactive, responsive, and especially kind. All of our interactions - even when dealing with challenges - have been easy and transparent. A truly pleasant partnership.

The backend of Opensense can be a bit cumbersome and has a somewhat steep learning curve. However, the team is always willing to help.

We support multiple organizations and lacked cohesion around signatures. With Opensense, all content is accurate, and up-to-date. We are also able to launch unique inclusion options that create a more welcoming environment for our employees and clients.

Standardized and consistent signature across the company with different business brands.

Opensense has added much value to our company brand through intuitive and beautiful signature lines. It is easy to make updates and add banners, and they offer a wide number of features. The customer support is always very helpful when needed - our CSM is Brian Garrido and he is exceptional in communication and problem solving.

Any issues that we've had simply come from lack of knowledge of the platform. All of our inquires have been quickly remedied by reaching out to Brian and the support team.

We now have streamlined signature lines, and an easy way to coordinate all company annoucements or brand changes.

The team at Opensense is always quick to respond to any questions I may have. They also empower you to do things yourself, but do not make you feel less than when you express uncertainty on whether you are capable! They completely took care of my request in a timely and efficient manner. Their communication skills are second to none as I was informed throughout the process on steps they were taking. They provided a timeline and were able to stick to it. It was such an easy process to have a signature updated and I appreciate their professionalism and courtesy!

I have personally been using Opensense with our company for the past year and at this point see no downsides to using them.

I need to update an icon in our signature. While I probably could have followed the directions they provided, it made me apprehensive that I would make a mistake so they offered to handle it at no additional charge, thus freeing up my time to work on something else.

The sales, implementation, and technical teams are top notch! Tori was especially great. They were all very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond. I felt I was being taken care of every step of the way. Our reps were always there to answer questions and help me whenever I came up against an issue.

Our rollout was a bit complex as we had to tie Opensense in with our HRIS platform that wasn't fully supported coming in. However, after some meetings, they were able to find a way to make it work.

It's on the pricier end when compared to their competitors, but it's worth it in my opinion.

The Opensense interface can be clunky at times especially if you have a lot of data from different signature designs, users, etc.

Increasing professionalism across the board. We now have a standard templates we utilize, which takes the responsbility of manually adding during onboarding off our plates. It also prevents employees from taking "creative liberties" when it comes to adding non-approved information to their signatures.

The team at Opensense are great! The support, kindness, and intelligence of those on our team gave me all the confidence in a successful launch. Integration was seamless thanks to the team we had.

There was nothing to dislike about Opensense or the team.

Brand standardization was our biggest problem. With over 400 employees, users were creating their own signatures with templates that didn't match and incorrect information. Now, the signatures are all aligned with banners targeted at certain customers. As a B2B marketer, the ability to execute ABM through email signatures is signifcant is futhering our marketing and communications efforts.
