Frustrating Customer Service Experience
I have been a customer of OpenPhone for two years, and while the subscription and service are generally acceptable, my experience with customer support has been extremely frustrating. When technical issues arise, it’s as if there’s no one actually working behind the scenes—just a chatbot. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I’ve received no response. My phone system has been down for three days, and there has been zero reaction from their support team. Additionally, their billing practices are questionable, with frequent overcharging issues. It feels like they are more interested in marketing and profits than in providing actual customer service. I would not recommend this service if you value reliable support and fair billing.
