The API connector that actually works

What do you like best about Openbridge?

I'm not a developer, but I was able to set up data connections from multiple sources - sales, advertising, traffic data - with some basic Googling. The platform is designed for non-technical users, which is exactly what I needed. Once configured, it reliably pulls and stores data without me having to babysit it.

What do you dislike about Openbridge?

Recommendations to others considering Openbridge?

The real value comes from having all my business data centralized in BigQuery where I can run queries and analyze everything together. Instead of jumping between different platforms to understand my business performance, I have one source of truth.

What problems is Openbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

Support is hit or miss. I've reached out a few times with questions and sometimes get radio silence, other times inaccurate information. Not ideal when you're dealing with business-critical data flows.
