Amazing Asset Management Tool with Excellent Support!
What do you like best about Oomnitza?
Since we have integrated Oomnitza here at Docker, Inc., we have had nothing short of an excellent experience. We were in desparate need of a certalized asset management system and Oomnitza has alleviated that need. On top of hosting all of our assets in one place, we have also worked with the Oomnitza support team to implement numerous integrations to assist us with automating onboarding, offboarding, compliance, audit, MDM enrollment, and more. The team is always very eager to jump in and help and ultra-fast with their responses! The integrations to various systems (MDM, IAM, HRIS, etc) are very simple to set up and you can customize just about anything you can think of within the GUI.
What do you dislike about Oomnitza?
Honestly there isn't anything that I dislike about the tool. Every obstacle that we have come across has had a solution or workaround that Oomnitza was able to tackle.
What problems is Oomnitza solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated in the previous section, we have used it to help get our userbase into compliance with mobile device management by using workflows to send reminders based off of asset records and check-in times. We are also using the tool to automate ticketing for new hires, hardware requests, and offboarding.

Great Asset Management System, Great Support, Always Evolving!

Oomnitza has great dedicated support for any issues or ideas you may want to implement and are always there to go as in-depth as you need to get to resolve whatever you are looking to get done.
What do you dislike about Oomnitza?
The platform itself is always growing and evolving, adding new features and enhancements that make it even better with each update!
Recommendations to others considering Oomnitza?
I don't have anything I dislike about Oomnitza.

Oomnitza helped us move from Google Sheets, which we manually managed and updated, to one unified system that shows us all relevant information we may need on any given asset at any given time.

An effective and flexible asset management system
What do you like best about Oomnitza?
Oomnitza is really simple to get started, with a lot of connectors to applications like AD, SCCM, JAMF, and Okta, so you can import all your users and devices easily. Once in there, it's easy to get a big picture view of what's going on, create reports to keep an eye on things, and create workflows to automate repeatable tasks.
What do you dislike about Oomnitza?
This is not really a dislike, and maybe this falls more on Okta's side - but it would be really useful to have an Oomnitza connector in Okta Workflows. We'd also like to see more functionality surfaced with the API.
What problems is Oomnitza solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to manage our user assigned laptops, and wanted to do this as efficiently as possible. We can now see which device is assigned to each user, when it was assigned, whether it's ever been out for repair, and when it's due for replacement. We can also see how much stock we have in each office, and check on things like the last online date of each asset. The integration with Zendesk allows us to access this information directly from a Zendesk ticket.

My Positive Experience with Oomnitza
What do you like best about Oomnitza?
Oomnitza has been a helpful tool for keeping track of our assets and ensuring everything stays organized and accounted for. Previously we had used an in-house solution for keeping track of purchases, and so far Oomnitza has surpassed its ease of use and has been beneficial to getting our assets back in a suitable state. On top of its ease of use, the team behind the software has been more than helpful in getting everything set up and working for our company's specific needs.
What do you dislike about Oomnitza?
There hasn't been much to complain about since switching to Oomnitza. The team has been helpful, and while fully switching over to their software took a while, they were always there to answer questions and help us along the way.
What problems is Oomnitza solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oomnitza has helped us take a handle on our assets and clean up our purchasing process. With their connections from various other asset tools, we were able to seamlessly connect it with our supplier and our Apple management software to keep assets up to date with minimal oversight.
