I LOVE the fact that it is effectively an all-in-one solution that will be enough for pretty much any small to medium sized business. However, its potential is basically limitless if you need to do deep integrations with other systems too...so even the stuff where our business works 'out of the box' we are able to easily connect Ontraport to other platforms for highly specialised work.

Their Customer Support are phenomenal. The best out there. They are online, like 18 hours per day (maybe a little less on weekends) and you can call, chat or email in....and actually get a real response, no matter how small the question. Their online Facebook community is like nothing I've ever seen too - responsive, supportive, funny...
Ontraport's dynamic CMS has allowed us to build all sorts of interesting web experiences for our clients, technology that you'd usually pay a lot more for but it's at everyone's fingertips. Love how this platform is constantly innovating and improving.
The fact we can't do Postcards here in Australia is a bit of a pain, but that's related to an external integration (I'm guessing), so not really OPs fault.
This product will change your business BUT you have to spend enough time working on it. Set aside a couple of hours to work ON (not IN) your account each week and you will reap the rewards.
We have automated parts of our workflow that I didn't think were possible. We've integrated our marketing (e.g. Facebook ads) directly in with our client support (Ontraport's CRM features) so our business has become so much more streamlined. We've literally saved tens of thousands of dollars in staff time and have only been using it for about 9 months.

I've been using OP since 2017, and I love how everything is simple to navigate and how everything is tag based. It's so easy to add tags to do a variety of actions, from grouping contacts to tracking behaviors. Also, the customer support is A+. The chat feature is incredibly helpful, and you get to talk to real people that are incredibly helpful and responsive.
Sometimes there are features that it just doesn't have, and that can make finding a work around difficult.
It's an all in one solution that is extremely robust for the price. Instead of multiple solutions, OP has helped my clients cut out extra platforms and bring them all to OP.
I love that I can pull all of the information I need to easily process sales commissions. I also love that their chat support is so fast and easy.
I would love if I could export notes with transaction logs rather than just from the contact export module.

I LOVE the customer support at Ontraport. In a world where other companies are impossible to get in touch with, and impossible to get customer support, I HIGHLY recommend Ontraport. Their customer support is outstanding, and the platform is solid, and works as it is intended to about 99% of the time. When it doesn't work exactly as I'd like it to- then well, I contact customer support, and they do a consistently phenomenal job of supporting me, even when I'm pretty sure they'd want ot pull their hair out, because I'm alwasy pushing the boundaries of what the service can do.
It is not for the faint of heart, and is not the simplest platform to use. The only thing that the solution does NOT have is a built in shopping cart, and built in contracts. I get around that by using other platforms, or integrating multiple platforms together.
It allows me to do lead management, lead capture, email management, and a ton of things within my business. I use it for landing pages, events, membership courses, and the list goes on. I generally buy and use endlessly the software that I purchase.
The first thing that comes to mind when I think about Ontraport is there unwavering focus on service. They offer so much and are there to help you find what you need. There are so many features that are all housed in one place that all focus on your CRM needs. What's great about that is that it reduces the likelihood of breakdowns between services. On top of that, they have people and many resources to help you figure out ways to make even better use of their services. It really is incredible. And just to be certain, I'll mention the people again. At every level I have spoken with, I have been completely astonished with the level of focus every employee has had on serving the customer. It even translates into the dialogue you have with the service representatives. There is no sense of judgment for not knowing something. They are just looking for ways to help you succeed. I couldn't be more grateful.
I would have to stretch to find something to say about what I don't like. The only thing that comes to mind is a challenge in finding what services I want to use because there are so many.
Ontraport is helping me bring all of my tools together in one place for my clients' journeys. The setup they have makes things so easy to create what I need and figure out things I may have missed or have not thought of. There are even wizards to prompt you through setting up various functions and items. Ontraport is helping me tailor and optimize my clients' experiences. All while reducing the amount of time, effort, and figuring out that I need to invest.
