OnScreen is easy to use and offers in-application learning so we stay in the flow of work. The OnScreen team has been outstanding to work with as well.
OnScreen has been able to provide what we need as far as support and analytics, so there are no dislikes to list.
The application is easy to use and effective! The times we've needed enhancements or additional support, the OnScreen team has been quick to help and always is available for a conversation.
Onboarding, process documentation and succession planning. The greatest benefit is how quickly anyone can learn a transaction/process using the applicaiton.
Customer support was exceptional. OnScreen staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of the programming needs were addressed. Weekly calls were scheduled to address any issues.
It would be nice if it worked on more browsers. As a Firefox user, I found it challenging to have to use Chrome in order to set up training manuals.
New employees are using the training services, which has created extra bandwidth for Operations staff and team. We do not have to schedule as many 1-on-1 training sessions.
OnScreens has a super easy content creator that is so easy to use that all you need to do is click record and then complete your transaction. Once you have completed the transaction, you need to add some information to the steps (baloon tips) and share the content with your team. It's that simple.

The support from OnScreen through learning how to create guides was extremely helpful in building the guides. Staff were friendly and made the learning process easy.
We have other job aides that are needed as references to complete tasks that were difficult to add into the guide. Having a better way to integrate these job aides would be helpful.
The onboarding processes can be difficult with lack of tools. OnScreen helped to provide a database to keep simulated guides to help with the onboarding process.
