I like that i can easily access all members of our church's congregation. It is easy to see their photos, including their info. The info on it is names, phone numbers, addresses, email, phone number, etc. It is nice to look up addresses for visiting people or sending cards. It is nice to see people's contact info in case I need to get ahold of someone.

Sometimes the info isn't always updated. This isn't an issue with the app per se, it it can be more of an administration problem. But sometimes I rely too much on the app and the info isn't actually there.

I would recommend this because it is easy to use, access and update. It is very beneficial and has helped us in many ways.

It is an easy access for me to see the member's info from our church. This solves the problem of always having to ask people for their contact info. It also helps for when I don't know how else to contact someone. If they are a member of our church, their info is readily available for when we need to use it. The benefits are ease of access, ease to update, ease to explain to people. It is very helpful and has been very beneficial to our church!

It gets the job done! And a pretty decent price. They allow unlimited customer support which is a nice feature, but i've never had to deal with customer support, myself, so I can't really comment on how good/bad that aspect of service is.

Nothing specifically. It does what we need it to do while being just as competitive, price wise, as every other online directory. It's not a big deal for my church, but if you have a really big church (1000+) you might need a different service because I'm not sure the program allows more than 900 or so members on the directory.

They have an easy to use app and website and its basically the same price as every other online directory out there. However, I'm pretty sure it only allows up to 900 or so members that can be added so if you need more than that I think you'll need a different service.
