PROS: Overall Ongage provides comprehensive high-tier tool to manage multiple smtp and sms providers. As time goes by we stopped using other platforms such as Silverpop and PowerMTA in favor of Ongage. Among other things I would notice high level of UI/UX for everyday use. Great support. Matrix report.
CONS: Sometimes they update things which on my opinion better to leave as it is.
PROS: Excellent API and customer support are top notch and would recommend highly given access to dedicated person.

PROS: Ongage solves a real world problem for email marketers and email marketing agencies like us. You cans easily connect multiple ESP accounts and manage your email program and optmize delivery through different ESP channels based on performance feedback. Ongage is very easy to use and is loaded with useful features.
CONS: Analytics part of Ongage could be improved. It's not bad, but could be improved to make it more useful.
PROS: ONGage is certainly in 19 years in email marketing and delivery, simply the most capable, robust, and well built reliable product I have ever had the privilege of utilizing.. It can make any segment with any logic you can imagine with logic that is near perfect, and the visibility and control it gives you to route your email and subscribers and how to handle them based on engagement metrics etc is nothing short of incredible and unbelievable infact.
CONS: The only few things that I think are not very fun, and a pain in a way is this whole, oh.., make a transactional campaign which is Nothing more than a shell of a container for stats and settings that mean nothing, just a name, and then you have to make an automation rule inside of that transactional campaign to use a trigger rule or custom field, and then 1 hour later you can only finally send an even trigger work flow, and so 6 things to be done for an immediate sent email from opt in and then automation rules cost extra per each additional, and there is not such thing as a list, no a list is a brand in this case, and segments and contact fields are what segregate within a brand / domain (list) .. , and lastly they do NOT have Tags!! That is not so cool, because contact fields have a default value, and then can be changed, but to do this you have to make a complex automation rule, vs .. person clicks this type of link and gets this tag, and done.. However, Email Tags , automation rules, groups, segments, contact fields an automations with transactional still they allow you do do ANY AND ALL THINGS you can Possibly Imagine!! Just that is a bit more and harder to configure once building. However to replicate, their platform allows you to do so in full on all brands in a single click!!
PROS: We have been using Ongage for over 3 years now, it is an incredible piece of software and the customer success and support teams are second to none which is critical in our industry. We use it daily and have the confidence that it is running seamlessly in the background 24/7 when the office is unattended. Easy setup and integration with multiple vendors. The database management is fantastic and robust analytics allow us to dive deep into campaign metrics and optimize everything we can for our clients. Tech support is extremely efficient and helpful and are always willing to listen to ideas for any new features. Michal the head of customer success always goes out of her way to keep us happy and help our business keep growing.
CONS: Slight learning curve to get started but the support documentation and ticket system are incredible
