On-time deliveries
What do you like best about Onfleet?
It helped me improve delivery times with more precise punctuality, and through mapping, I improved routes. It has been an application that greatly helps me in my work and allows me to be more productive with more satisfied customer service. I also like that it's easy to use and doesn't require lengthy training or extensive instructions. It's very useful and precise in each targeted mapping.
What do you dislike about Onfleet?
I don't dislike any specific features, as I've felt its great contribution to my work, helping me travel faster, safely, and more efficiently.
What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me over time by being able to make deliveries faster and with more organized order tracking, which helps me provide better service. It also helps me maintain a more organized delivery schedule.

Onfleet does it for us! Great Mapping Software
What do you like best about Onfleet?
I love that we can connect the app directly to google maps! And that you can text or call through the app as well.
What do you dislike about Onfleet?
We wish that we could upload all of the addresses from our system and then had Onfleet break routes down for us into 50 different routes.
Recommendations to others considering Onfleet?
For Synagogues that have large congregations who make deliveries for Mishloach Manot, this is a great mapping tool!
What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are saving a significant amount of time mapping everything out ourselves.

Excellent pricing.
What do you like best about Onfleet?
The fact that "Tasks" are not hub-and-spoke managed. Being able to recognize pickups and deliveries (a task) without needing to have all-pickups managed first, is the entire basis of our company's technology. Without OnFleet, we would ahve had to have built an-onfleet-system ourselves from scratch. From what we can tell, in this regard, OnFleet does not have any competition.

Also - Amalia is an amazing coach and success manager. She has been very helpful, as well as proactive in keeping us up-to-date on feature availability.

From the start, Onfleet was easy to set up, with a highly user-friendly interface. After over three years of use, it continues to scale effortlessly. The dashboard remains intuitive, and the driver app is simple to navigate. The ability to customize communications and automate updates throughout the delivery process has been invaluable for enhancing both the driver and customer experience.

Working with the Onfleet support team is always a pleasure. Our inquiries are addressed promptly, and the team is incredibly friendly. They truly listen, offer valuable insights and ideas to resolve issues, and are eager to learn and grow alongside us.
What problems is Onfleet solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only significant pain point, though not entirely Onfleet's fault, is the delay in accessing call or text records to confirm driver communications with customers. It can take up to 72 hours to export a complete log, which can be frustrating when dealing with an upset customer who urgently wants to know if the driver contacted them.

What do you like best about Onfleet?
I've worked with and implemented the use of Onfleet at multiple organizations since 2016. It has alwyas proven to be a lean, effective, and impactful tool ensuring recipients and drivers alike have an enjoyable delivery experience. The flexibility and transparency of the platform make it nimble and responsive to real-time changes. Integrating Onfleet with other tools aloows us to create efficient workflows and business processes. The customer support team is the best I've worked with. They are quick to respond, thorough, and willing to deep dive into root cause issues.

I would love to use Onfleet as a delivery orchestration platform and manage deliveries across all providers within Onfleet.
