OneSpan Sign is a dead-simple solution. We implemented it at the beginning of the pandemic when a majority of our staff were working from home, which meant we weren't able to offer the usual face-to-face training. The drag/drop user interface made the implementation of this solution extremely simple and easy on our staff.

There is nothing about the solution that I can say I dislike.

The pandemic shifted the nature of branch visits by our members. Historically we would have required members to attend the branch for any account changes as we needed physical signatures on paper copies of documents. At the beginning of the pandemic, we shifted our branch hours to 'by appointment only' which left a big gap for members who would have just popped in to solve problems they were experiencing. OneSpan Sign allowed us to offer a much simpler solution to our members whereby they could sign from the comfort of their homes. This has resulted in an improved service experience.

I think the ease of use and the scalability are great. I like how OneSpan is customer-oriented and wants to see their customer succeed using their product. My experience with their support staff has also always been great and timely.

The main selling point for us was that we could put our own branding on the consent form etc

I do not have anything I can say I don't like about using their product

This is helping us get paperwork and contracts signed and back quicker from customers

We bought this tool throughout the pandemic in order to avoid face to face transactions and we've never looked back! Even for those with no technological knowledge in our brokerage, the software is super simple and user friendlyly. It's a simple eas-to-use solution that can be integrated with other tools for a seamless experience when dealing with your customers remotely!

The fact that it doesn't fully integrate with our BMS, but we have a work around that works fine.

Prior to OneSpan our clients would have to print documents scan and return - OneSpan has simplified the process and there is no need to be technical, the process is seemless

This product is so easy to use and efficent. I have used other products in the past and had issues with documents not being returned as clients couldn't use the program. Not with OneSpan. All documentation gets returned from clients same day!

Absolutely Nothing! It should allow for husband and wife to sign with the same email address as that is the case with most of my customers.

OneSpan has made my life easier. I can get signatures faster than just sending by email.

Using OneSpan helps eliminate a mess of hard-copy documents. It also makes it easier for clients to simply click a link, sign a document, and send it right back to you in a time-efficient manner.

So far, there are no issues with using OneSpan. Even if you were to run into any issues, they have a fabulous support team there to help you!

OneSpan makes it much easier for clients to get documents returned promptly and with ease.

Customer Service. They respond to my questions within 24 hours.

I wish that I could eliminate superfluous pages from documents and we have had problems with the watermarks being visible for FAA after they print the documents.

Overall OneSpan is very efficient and easy to use. It is easy to locate a past signing package when needed. We are in a fast-paced business. Time and convenience are of paramount importance.

Adding more than one document is great. As well as the different options you can select (ie signature, date, initials)
