During years, we have worked with OneSignal's push notifications festures, and it has been a success. Ease of implementation and use. Their documentation is robust, well written, and very easy to understand, and on top of that they have video tutorials on YouTube.
They also have amazing support! I have only needed help from them once, while trying to use push notifications to update a Live Activity in iOS. I contacted them via their online chat system and got a very quick response. They stayed engaged until I had things working on my end. Brit in particular was super helpful!

My iOS app supports Live Activities, and needs to update even if the user has killed the app. This requires push notifications, and OneSignal makes it almost trivial to solve this problem.

I use one signal only for the notifications and inapp messages and they work preaty well, so i dont really have any to dislake...

Maybe email cold be more powerful, despite I understand that is not the main focus.
On the other hand I would like to have more flexibility regarding languages, as our app is multilingual. An inApp language variations would be awesome.

The easy of use the platform has. It was easy to implement and integrate in our website. I use this daily for 3 different websites. The feature they have are nice like a/b testing and the ease to use sms.
I don't like that support takes 2-3 days to reply.

How easy and intuitive the platform is. I love that it has great customer support. Juan has been exceptionally helpful. We use the platform pretty much everyday and it never fails.
It totally needs to have an easy way to download excel reports of the global outcomes, especially with graphics.
