"Great support Paul"
What do you like best?

Just done my first sync of Woocommerce to Sage One with OneSaaS. Had a config problem and the Chat support guy Paul sorted me out quickly. Test sync now works fine - looking forward to trying it out in anger.

There is nothing I dislike (actually apart from this painfully long survey!)

What do you like best?

Having an App that lets your ecommerce store talk to your accounting software improves productivity. My first experience of using customer support was extremely positive with the issue being resolved in no time at all.

What do you dislike?

I have not experienced a downside of using OneSaas - the issue I experienced cannot be attributed to the App.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Onesaas intergrates my ecommerce site with my accounting package reducing the amount of tedious admin.

What do you like best?

Dean and Vince were fantastic help at getting me started! Highly responsive and a great help for someone who is new to this service. Highly recommend OneSaas and how easy it makes automation seem.

What do you dislike?

Nothing so far, everything seems to be working well and as expected!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Go for it! Trust in the team that run OneSaas and let them help you! This has saved me as a small business own invaluable hours.

It is helping me transition from sole trader to ltd company but automating my accounting in Xero and saving me hours of admin! This will give me extra time to focus on expanding my business!

What do you like best?

OneSaas Customer Support has always been very responsive and very helpful. As a new user of the app, I have lots of questions and clarifications on how this works and Marck, who is the Customer Support who responded to my queries has been very helpful and very patient with me. He explained all his answers very well in such a manner that a newbie like me would totally understand.

What do you dislike?

None so far as I am only a new user. Will surely let you know if there are problems encountered.

What do you like best?

We discovered OneSaas while searching for an app that would provide an integration with Shopify and Sage for our online store. The app has saved us huge amounts of time and effort. Instead of manually entering order and customer details into Sage like we were before, using OneSaas we have a sync that does all the work for us! Fantastic customer support from Rafael, Marck, Adela and the team.

What do you dislike?

We can't think of any downsides or anything we dislike. How could you dislike something that saves you hours of tedious data entry?!!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With OneSaas we can now sync our Shopify data with Sage whenever we need to. Our accounts team now have more time to deal with other accounting tasks.

What do you like best?

We use the OneSaas App to communicate with Sage - the only one that communicates information from Shopify to Sage, according to my knowledge. We do have hick-ups, but KAROL from OneSaas is an absolute star. She can handle any problem with determination and we know that any problem will be fixed by Karol! She is always friendly and fun to talk to...

What do you dislike?

It usually takes the dev team a long time to sort out problems. But, we are sure it will get better & better...

Linking Shopify & Sage - we do not have to do each transaction twice.
