oneflow lets you customize your forms exactly how you want them to be.
The chat with the costumers is really good.
Super easy to change the forms even after they have been sent out, the customer writes in the chat what needs to be changed and it takes 1 second to do it.
Before Oneflow I used adobe and then it was more difficult to keep track of which forms were not signed after a certain time, here you can set dates and are constantly reminded and the customer receives notices too.
I use Onfelow everyday and its so convenient and get full rating from me!

Simple and very user-friendly. It's a nice design. Good note options and customizing signature options in order of rank are great. Never experienced a flaw in this system.
Hardto come up with anything here, but it feels like the notice you get when someone opens the contract might be a bit redundant, but this can certainly be administered, maybe in that case it's possible to clarify how you can adapt your own profile.

You can use Oneflow without a manual or an intro deck - it isn't overcomplicated. Very easy to create templates or copy existing documents. Every time I spoke to customer support, they reverted back quickly (within a day, if not hours!) with a solution. The AI assistant for messages when sending out documents/contracts is also a helpful feature.
I wish the formatting options were a little better - sometimes when I copy-paste, I can't get the formatting / font exactly the same even when I pressed "clear formatting" all over the paragraph.

I think the best thing about Oneflow is that we can both upload videos and that it's integrated with our business system. Another thing is that it's easy for me as an administrator to make changes to templates and permissions
We have different departments with different permissions. Often, the departments need to collaborate, and in those cases, it's necessary to create a separate workspace for these departments. It would be great to invite other individuals within the departments to access certain documents without granting full permissions
To have all our contracts in one place and access them through our business system is incredibly convenient. It also allows us to track quotes and easily locate these documents, saving us time
Easy to use and get supplier and contacts to sign agreements and amendments. Signing process is usally rather slow but with OneFlow it so quick and easy!
I can do all changes I need in the tool so I really like it.
User becomes inactive rather quickly in the OneFlow system so I need to reactivate them before everyone can sign the agreement. I just think that is my company policy to reduce the number fo users with deactivating inactive users.
