What do you like best about OneBill?

-How user freindly it is

-The dashboard

-The flexibility

-How quickly the OneBill team makes changes when requested

I cannot think of any. My expectations have been met and exceeded.

What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?

As our company grew we realized our billing system lacked effecincy and accuracy. OneBill eliminated these issues and took our company to the next level which was sorley needed.

What do you dislike about OneBill?

I'd like to clarify my complaint about slow service through the ticket system. The ticket that was opened Friday was resolved very quickly. Previous tickets that had slower response time are more than 3 months back. I checked the ticket system. So this has actually improved lately

What do you like best about OneBill?

Onebill is cloud based, always available, rich with features that are designed to fit our needs. Our business is VoIP Telephony and UCaaS, and Onebill provides us with an array of valuable features without being bloated. It streamlines the process of lead>quote>order>invoice>cash, so we can avoid the need for complex and potentially clumsy integration with third party applications. It supports our needs related to direct customers, sales partners, and agents with simplified sophistication. It offers highly secure data protection with simple access to high level and detailed reporting.

What do you dislike about OneBill?

The nature of UCaaS from 101VOICE, which includes feature rich telephony and related services, is highly complex, especially related to usage rating and taxation for recurring and variable customer revenues. Providing services nationwide requires taxation support for hundreds of regulatory and tax authorities. Onebill requires, as would any other application, dedication and forethought in implementation and setting up the system properly at the outset, and utilizing Onebill's readily available resources and help files to establish the right strategy to meet our needs.

What do you like best about OneBill?

Excellent support and very helpful with setup. They customized it to meet my requirements.

What do you dislike about OneBill?

There are a few minor cosmetic stuff that just make more clicks then needed to search for certain things.

What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneBill is helping with proper Telecom taxes being charged, and keeping track of subscriptions including prorating new ones. Also made usage billing so much easier.

An all-inclusive telecom billing solution that allows us to manage all aspects of recurring billing and taxation as well as agent commissions.

What do you dislike about OneBill?

Telecom billing is rarely easy. OneBill is complex and is no exception. Must have patience and time to invest while setting up.

But once done, it's great!

Nothing to note as of yet. There is a lot of information to learn, but it is very well documented

Cost, Time, and efficiency. Our previous billing system was very confusing and cumbersome. OneBill streamlines a lot of issues as well as has a basic integrated CRM and Ticketing tool. Very key for a Telco like us.

Automation and customization make billing a breeze.

Starting from a quote to then processing an order and finally to invoicing is now orderly and streamlined.

Saving on manually calculating usage charges

Phone support could be expanded, but they are responsive on tickets.

Modifying or cancelling subscriptions must be done individually. For our processes it would be helpful to be abel to do such tasks en masse.

What problems is OneBill solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monthly recurring billing was a manual chore that was prone to have errors before we began using Onebill. Through its use, we now have a system that allows us to enter new billing quickly, activate it when we need to, and audit it afterward to ensure that we are accurately billing our customers. When there are errors, we can make the adjustments we need.

What do you like best?

OneBill Subscription Revenue Management has helped me immensely. I am a small business owner, and I provide services rather than goods (specifically editing and proofreading scholarly journal articles and publishable academic works). Therefore, it is essential that I have a revenue management platform that can keep track of my clients and expenses for me accurately and efficiently without me having to spend a lot of time on it. My strengths are with words, not numbers! I do NOT want to do my own billing calculations! I have been impressed with OneBill's efficiency; I only have to look at one screen to see exactly how much I'm owed by whom.

What do you dislike?

I don't dislike too much about this software, I'm actually pretty pleased with it. But it is aesthetically lacking. If the interfaces were smoother and the colors were warmer, it would be more inviting to use.

Take the tutorials, they really help!

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I have greatly improved the efficiency of my billing practices since beginning to use OneBill. I bill different clients differently; for example, some I bill by the hour and some I bill by the page (I'm an editor). There are a few clients I even just have flat fees for because they bring me so much business it makes the most sense to bill them the same amount each time (specifically for business correspondence). Having such varied methods of billing is confusing, so OneBill has helped me simplify and streamline that process. It's been a big help.
