The ability to do track multiple areas at once and provide information in one place

I think there could be more in-depth training when first getting started with the software. That could be more of company issue, I am not sure. My training consisted of watching the tutorial videos in the help section but the videos are not all-inclusive. Sometimes I would run into issues and would not be able to resolve them without calling TechSupport. It would turn out to be something fairly easy but the lack of training on the program would at times get frustrating.

It provides the ability to track duty hours to comply with ACGME standards and also provide information to the residents for conferences. I was able to use one45 to track conference attendance which was an issue in the past. One45 provided a more uniform way to track and run reports on conference attendance. I could provide my PD with the report and see exactly what conferences an individual attended and if the absence was excused or not. It also had reports to give percentages.

One45 can connect to professors/attendings at multiple different institutions. It allows students to reciprocally evaluate professors. Additionally, you can see grades along with evaluations and logs of procedures. It is comprehensive!

The mobile site is more limited than the online website. Additionally, sometimes there are duplicate reviews that are requested.

I am solving problems of how to evaluate professors and have them evaluate you while allowing your school to view both evaluations.

The program is easy to use. I have used it both to review faculty, view my own reviews, and select rotations. I like that you can give people scores without being forced to leave a comment about the person. The templates are easy to understand and fill out. When using the software as a class to select rotations there was a lot of prep explaining required by the administration to understand how the algorithm would worth, but actually selecting rotations through one45 was relatively simple.

The program makes you open a lot of different windows. Also sometimes it is unclear where you click to view a past review that has moved from "to do" to "evaluations"

Easy way for faculty and students to review one another. Program worked well for a large medical school class selecting rotations.
