It is easy to navigate, and when there is an issue, there is always someone to help quickly.

That there is an additional processing fee taken off the consult fee. On top of our monthly/yearly fee.

Since COVID, it has made it possible to "see" patients safely.

It is easy to use, no training required, glitches are quickly resolved, support is reliable and we love the note feature!

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

We disliked having to change our work model because COVID-19 forced us to think outside of the box. We did and remain grateful to OnCall Health. This platform saved us literally :)

Recommendations to others considering OnCall Health:

Try it, you won't be sorry even if you have to dedicate extra time to make it work for your organization. We wanted a Canadian safe platform and OnCall met our requirements.

We do not have any problems at KIDSPEECH. We have several users on this platform and we all feel the same. OnCall saved us!

I can't think of any downsides. It meets my needs for a secure video platform and with practice management tools.

My only complaint I guess would be the cost of adding another practitioner

What do you like best about OnCall Health?

OnCall Health has a responsive team to support any questions or concerns about the app, they are avaliable to help you and your clients problem solve and can support with the refund process when needed

What do you dislike about OnCall Health?

While OnCall has any great features, some features are lacking. In future I look forward to seeing a waitlist option on the client-side, ability to book non-health appointments into the schedule and multiple or recurring booking on the client side

Recommendations to others considering OnCall Health:

There are many telemedicine companies out there and I have tested a number of them. I highly recommend OnCall Health for their clear video, ease of use, blog posts for troubleshooting and support.

What problems is OnCall Health solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy scheduling, limited concerns/complaints from clients, the connection with Stripe payment. I realized that I don't have to spend as much time as an administrator and can use that time to focus on my clinical practice.
