What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

It is up to date with all the compliances, domain is user friendly, the service is excellent and the. one stop tool for all your HRMS needs.

OnBlick is the one stop solution for all immigration work, like LCA, PAF, H1B Documentation, and mainly I-9s.

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

OnBlick is very useful for day to day HR Activities like timesheets.. Requesting or initiating the documents from the employee is eas with this tool. The ESS portal is also very user friendly for the employee to handle

What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?

Zero issues with onblick tool. If we have also the support team resolves the issue ASAP.

What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initiating I9 and generating PAF is made easy for an HR to maintain the documents at one place. Employee submitting the timesheets which allows the third party to approve it.

Honest Review - OnBlick

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

Onblick helps to maintain all the HR Works at one place, with this software it is very easy to generate public access file ( PAF ) and the best part is initiating the I9 electronically with Live video call option

What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?

we dont have any issues with onblick, Support team always there to assist if required in Live sessions too.

What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initiating I9 for Remote employee and submitting time sheets with timely remainders are solving the HR Management works, Onblick support gives the best support when ever you required ( Just one call or email away ).

Effectively Managing I-9 Re-verifications and Document Updates

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

Onblick help us managing the documents that trigger the I-9 banner, which alerts HR when it's time to re-verify an employee's work authorization. Onblick triggers the banner 6 months prior to the expiration date

What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?

As of now we dont have any issues using onblick.

What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

I9 LVV is the best part from the onblick and the timely alerts that triggers for the Reverifications that need to be done. This software helps to generate the PAF with one click.

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

Onblick helps us to complete the I9 at ease and the LVV is the most advanced feature about this software. Using onblick completing the E-verify is also easy.

What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?

As of now no issues with the software, If we do have also the support team is very helpful to get the issue resolved and also helps with the live session.

What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initiating I9 and Completing the process with ease and the best part is the software helps with Authorised representative and provides the signature cerificate which is mandate to complete the I9 for electronic signature.

Best HR Management and Compliance Tool

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

OnBlick is very useful for the HR to complete the day to day activities. It helps me to track the Timesheets of the employees and manage the invoices through QB Integration. Also, it is very helpful for completing the I-9 and onboarding process

What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?

I don't have much dislikes about the software. As it is helping me in completing the tasks on time

What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me in completing the daily activities without any challenges as we can have the end to end onboarding and termination process from the software. Also, we don't have to worry about the document expiry as system gives us the timely alerts to act on the document expiry cases.

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

It's one of the best software in the market for completing the I-9's electronically and it supports the alternative procedure too which will save a lot of time for completing the I-9 verification.

What do you dislike about OnBlick HR Compliance?

Nothing to dislike about the software as we get the support whenever required.

What problems is OnBlick HR Compliance solving and how is that benefiting you?

OnBlick is helping us in streamline and digitalize the data when it comes to I-9 and PAF's. As we can complete the PAF generation in one click it is saving a lot of time and the way the I-9 helps us it really saves a lot of time.

What do you like best about OnBlick HR Compliance?

I like the I-9 module in OnBlick. I would say it is one of the best module to use where we can complete the I-9's electronically without any hassle. As the team is always supportive if we come across any challenges

When it comes to dislikes, as I mentioned in the previous comment. Team is very supportive in resolving the queries

OnBlick is a one stop solution for me. It helps me with the onboarding process and the way we can complete the I-9 from OnBlick is very helpful. As it serves us with most of the information. Apart from I-9, we can generate the PAF's with ease.
