Onsite is fantastic! From the Implementation team to the support team. Any issues that I eve have are always resolved within minutes! Their website is very user-friendly and makes any adjustments needed a breeze.
The only downfall I would say is the document design. I would love to be able to start out with a template and go from there instead of having to start from the ground up.
Do it! It's amazin and the reports they have available come in handy!

I open On-Site every morning, first I check for any pending applications to run, then I do my guest card follow ups, and all through out the day I am making new leases and lease renewals. ALL FROM ONE SPOT.
The turn around time for back ground and criminal checks. When we used Yardi, there was never a wait.
