OmniMD a reassurance for patient
What do you like best about OmniMD?
OmniMD’s interface is straightforward and easy to navigate. As a patient, I appreciate the simplicity. anyone can quickly check in, update personal information, and view medical history—all without any hassle.

ove to see more features related to appointment reminders and follow-up instructions

OmniMD Review
What do you like best about OmniMD?
Their support staff is too courteous. They will always go extra mile to help you. Their system workflow is very easy to use. Didn't require training. Didn't require to spend too much time in drafting. Its all done in 1.30 min.
What do you dislike about OmniMD?
At times their server slows down due to maintenance, this usually happens in early morning hours. But their support helped us and started emailing us when they start their maintenance.
What problems is OmniMD solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves half of our time documenting and charting which we can utilise to see patients.

What do you like best about OmniMD?
OmniMD allows simple, yet savvy patient charting, decision-making, data transfer, and reporting.
What do you dislike about OmniMD?
Practice Management and Billing Software needs to allow easier scheduling, claims, and faster payment.
Recommendations to others considering OmniMD?
Definitely invest in their ePrescribe feature. In fact, try all of the features and see what works best for your practice.
What problems is OmniMD solving and how is that benefiting you?
OmniMD is a much better EMR than our previous software.

Easy to use EHR
What do you like best about OmniMD?
We only use it to input patient demographics and send medications and as far as that it's very simple to use and to the point.
What do you dislike about OmniMD?
As far as what we do/use OMNI for there isn't anything that I don't dislike.
Recommendations to others considering OmniMD?
It is an easy system to use. Try it out.
What problems is OmniMD solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love how easy it is for pharmacies to receive the patients presciptions. Saves me the hassle of calling each one in because all pharmacies take a VERY long time to pick up calls.

Great experience
What do you like best about OmniMD?
I like that it has different features such as appointment management, charting, voice recognition, training, and support.
What do you dislike about OmniMD?
The product needs some updating and repairs. The drop down menus appear and disappear. Your work doesn't automatically get saved.
Recommendations to others considering OmniMD?
The system has its occasional glitches and not user friendly however very useful when one has gone through the training.. It has great customer service.

Some of the business problems we are solving are organization.

Omni MD is great for beginners
What do you like best about OmniMD?
The check in process is easy to understand and is really user friendly. You are able to schedule appointments easily for patients. It can also be customized by office / practice
What do you dislike about OmniMD?
If you get an error you have to wait around 24-48 hours for a team member to look at the issue and often times they report that it is an system outage which can be inconvenient during busy office times.
What problems is OmniMD solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to capture data for billing and we are able to extrapolate this data in order to have an organized sheet of all expenses made to personal and insurance accounts the benefits that we have realized is that it is user friendly for new office staff and we are able to watch videos on the help desk website should we have any additional questions or problems

Terrible Experience

PROS: I have been using this software for several years. It allows things to be done.

CONS: It's clunky, outdated, looks like it was built in 2005. But worst of all, they periodically force reviews on you. Yes, you can hit "skip" but it will pop up every single time you login until you review. So I reviewed it as dreadful. And I didn't want to discuss it with them. They called me on the phone demanding to know why I had reviewed it as dreadful, and when I said that I didn't care to discuss it and hung up, THEY DISABLED MY ACCOUNT. Absolutely petty and unprofessional. I wasn't planning to air their dirty laundry, but this is too much, so here we are. They said that they had disabled it because they "couldn't reach me" and "what would you do if you couldn't reach a patient?" as if I would simply drop a patient because I couldn't reach them. This is problematic for multiple reasons, not the least of which is that I did answer the phone, I simply didn't want to discuss it with them, which is my right. They then tried to get me again to explain my negative review as a condition of turning it back on. Here's the thing: if I can't reach a patient, I can't just stop their care- I have a legal obligation to show multiple tries of contact- including a certified letter. I also would LOSE MY LICENSE if I forced patients to review my services and then extorted them with access if they didn't explain to me why they weren't happy. I've worked with EHRs that I don't care for over the years, but I have never, ever seen this level of unprofessionalism.
