What do you like best about Oleeo - Intelligent Talent Acquisition Technology Platform?
At the time my team was leveraging the Oleeo platform to manage campus recruiting events. The tool was super easy to set up and administer, and it helped create a much better candidate experience for our students attending these on campus events.
What do you dislike about Oleeo - Intelligent Talent Acquisition Technology Platform?
I can't say there was anything I disliked about the tool.

With over 40 campus visits per year, we needed a tool that would help aggregate all student data for us. Oleeo was a perfect blend of event and student tracking we needed to create visibility into our intern process.

Efficient Tool!

Takes the "manual" out of everything! I like how the events management portal allows us to skip many steps in our typical process.

Delays internally with creating event website; wish would have made that more of a priority

I like that Oleeo has allowed us to recruit for many roles across multiple industries. Our recruiters are getting used to the platform and Oleoo continues to make improvements to the system.

There have many technical issues with configuration of our platform that have caused distuption to our business. It also has taken multiple follow up attempts to get technical assistance.

Our previous ATS did not allow us to recruit seamlessly across multiple industries. Oleeo has allowed us to implement workflows to better meet our Partner and senior leaders’ expectations when it comes to recruiting open positions.

The versatility of the scheduling tool. We had a pretty complicated schedule planned for our event but Oleeo made it easy to set it up in a way that is easy to understand.

Lots of options to utilize the product. Customer service is amazing. Our Oleeo contacts have always been more than willing to help, train, explain etc.
