As a frequent and active user of LinkedIn, I do most things from the app on my phone. Oktopost makes it very easy and efficient to share posts and content.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

There isn't much to dislike about Oktopost, but I look forward to new and improved sharing features coming in the future.

Finding time and remembering to share posts can sometimes be a challenge; now I receive notifications from Oktopost and can action immediately with the click of a button!

"Fantastic all-in-one social management tool."
What do you like best about Oktopost?

The social advocacy programme is fantastic, so easy for advocates (employees) to help grow our social presence and generate leads. I also really appreciate being able to turn on/off certain notifications meaning I am not distracted by irrelevant information, and I can quickly see when I need to approve posts. Furthermore, the calendar and social analytics are so simple to use and make keeping on top of data a straightforward task.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

There are limitations on tagging people/companies and you are unable to schedule PDFs via the tool, which results in manual publishing on social sites. However, I think these are also impacted due to AI the connection.

What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves me so much time, and I am able to manage everything in one place.

What do you like best about Oktopost?

Oktopost makes scheduling social media campaigns extremely simple and easy to organize. The platform also makes it very easy to integrate employee advocacy. These features tend to be separated, and having them linked is very valuable.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

The Social BI functionality can be a little confusing at first, so there may be a slight learning curve. I also wish integration with Instagram was a little more simple and did not require a Facebook sign-in.

What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?

Oktopost is making it easy for me to plan, schedule, organize, and report on organic social media campaigns for my company. The additional integration of employee advocacy allows me to easily share content with our employees to increase engagement with our corporate content in a way that tends to be unique to individual platforms vs. being part of the same platform.

The advocacy board is what sets Oktopost apart - you can manage a corporate social media strategy basically in one place.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

The platform is evolving (which is good!) but some of the UX stuff can occasionally be confusing.

Oktopost lets me manage corporate social media posts, but also an employee advocacy programme in one place, and track everything together to get a full picture.

What do you like best about Oktopost?

The ease of scheduling content, plus the way I can see what's going out at a glance due to the color coding of campaigns. Also, the employee advocacy program is FANTASTIC!

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

Some of the tagging capabilities within the posting tool are frustrating and result in having to do manual work on social sites, but I think that's largely due to individual site APIs (thinking of LinkedIn specifically).

What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?

How to manage all of our socials in one place AND have employee advocacy baked into the same platform. It saves us so much time and energy by having everything on one convenient website.

What do you like best about Oktopost?

Oktopost gathers and presents data like no other tool I've used before. I'm a data nerd, but the folks at Oktopost take it to a whole other level with the amount of insights I can gather and share with key stakeholders.

What do you dislike about Oktopost?

I would love to see the ability to compare data from different time frames. As it stands, the data you can see in any given visualization are from one single time frame, but I often like to look at data year over year, for example, to report out how we've improved.

What problems is Oktopost solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leadership often wants to see, at a glance, how social media plays into our marketing strategy and feeds our sales pipeline. Oktopost gives me that information, which in turn, shows off the work that I do as a social media manager and proves my value on the team.
