Firstly, the platform itself is seamless, easy to set up, use, and upgrade as you grow. When comparing review platforms, Okendo came out on top in pricing, offerings and support. Okendo continually proves to me how innovative they are with their developments, and whenever I've reached out, their responses are consistently swift and helpful; no task is too big or small. They enjoy collecting and acting on feedback so being an innovator myself, it's nice to have input in a platform that's so important to us and our customers. I'm proud to be with a team that does the job well.
I'm not one to say nothing, but right now, nothing springs to mind. Okendo is consistently one step ahead of me and I enjoy that. Again, a team and platform that does their job and does it well.
Firstly Okendo solves the issue of trust in our products, especially when trying to push our vertical brand amongst third-party brands. Their review collection process from customers is seamless and intuitive, integrating with all the right apps that we need to be right there when the customer is at their highest chance of review.
We also use this review function to create tickets with our customer service when a product review is three stars or less, nudging us to stay consistent with our customer experience by allowing us to proactively fix issues that the customer may be experiencing with their product.

Okendo is our favorite tool. This has been huge for us in revenue driving. It's affordable and easy to use. I would highly recommend to any e-commerce business!
There really isn't much to not like about Okendo. I'm excited to see the integrations continue to improve, but overall we're happy!
It allows us to boost credibility with customers by aggregating customer reviews. We are able to moderate these reviews easily. We integrate these reviews with our google ads as well. Very easy integration even though our site is headless!
Love the number of out-of-box integrations and the ease and brevity of the platform. There's a ton more automation than we've had in previous platforms and so many options for different data collection points. Also, instillation and customization of widgets are easy, and the weight of the widgets on the website for site speeds is minimal.
Some functions and UI within the platform from an admin perspective could be improved upon, and would love a bit deeper dive on analytics (which is already underway!)
Gathering better feedback more often, more easily. The ability to send the right touchpoints at the right time is critical for our industry.
Okendo is such an affordable platform when compared to other options on the market. The functionality is in-depth whilst being super easy to use. Would highly recommend to any e-commerce business. I particularly love that we can aggregate reviews across bundles on the website and syndicate reviews across to Google shopping. Our account manager Norma has been nothing but lovely and helpful, always providing a lot of value. Sometimes with these platforms it can feel like your account manager is always trying to upsell you. I have never had this experience with Okendo ever. Love working with their team.
Okendo's integrations continue to get better. I am excited to see how we can now start to integrate SMS in our review communication flows. This was not an option when I first signed the business onto Okendo. I would love to see the platform work on the ability to syndicate reviews across website (like with our retail partners) and assign product reviews across multiple different bundles too.
Okendo allows us to collect and moderate reviews easily, share these across our Google shopping and Meta shopfronts, reward our customers for leaving reviews (including integrating with our rewards platform) and makes the entire process very easy from end to end.
The platform is straightforward to navigate, and the onboarding process is fantastic.
The whole process from sign up to onboarding has been seamless. I dont see any issues with the platform.

Okendo is very customizable to our store/brand and makes for a seamless review/UGC platform integration. The connections to other products in our tech stack allow for deep customer segmentation.
Not too many downsides to Okendo. It does what it is intended to do. If I had to pick a downside, I would say further UGC integration and ability to leverage the submitted UGC more easily.
We need to have user generated content and solidify our products efficacy. This can only be done through legitimized reviews that then can be leveraged throughout our tech stack.

Wish there were more email integrations to other platforms - ie, Retention Science that is our new email provider.
Fit and style questions from customers. Compiling and sharing this feedback from customers is invaluable and helps address questions/buyers tension leading them to make a purchase that is most fitting for them and hopefully avoid exchanges and returns from other customer feedback.

I love how we can organize reviews by product variants and that customers can put in all of their measurements so customers can filter to find other customers who recently made purchases with the same body shape, size, height, etc.
I wish they had a better way to leave internal notes so we can let our team know who reached out to negative review customers. all they have are tags right now.
