I'm an HR manager at a Belgian SME with about 125 employees.
I can not imagine life as an hr manager in Belgium without Officient to be honest...
From onboarding to creating contracts in bulk contracts to sending everything concerning absences to my payroll provider, Officient does it all.
The integration with my payroll provider (SD Worx) is also really impressive.
I personally think the contract module is awesome. Now, working remote, I can easily create and send personalised contracts, policies,... to (new) employees without having to meet in person.
My colleagues also really enjoy using the Employee Self Service via the app where they can request leave, sign contracts, upload documents, find payslips, check out the who-is-who,...
Performance reviews are not that great to be honest. It's really, really simple. Not a big problem for us to be honest because we use another tool for everything concerning performance etc.
I do have to admit my needs/requirements are not really typical SME when talking about peer 2 peer reviews, 360 feedback,...

Officient helps me to handle all my hr administration. From the moment someone starts until a person leaves, Officient proactively helps me spend less time on following up and helps me get great oversight on assets, leave, contracts, wages,...
It is super easy to have an overview of who is who. When I arrived in the company, it helped me see who to refer to when I needed something or had questions.
It also allows me and my team to plan our holidays better. I get a view of how many days I have left, and I can see who is off when, so we can arrange a schedule.
It is also great software to share and store important documentation like contracts and else.
It feels like it is very "administrative" software.
Now, it's not interactive. It doesn't go toward get-to-know each other in real life. No interactions, etc.
It really does its job in terms of staying on track with what's been asked to be done by the law.
We can have an online organigram of who is who, and who is in charge of who. It also helps close some distance gap, as we can share documents to people working from all over the world. It helps manages days of work as well.
