Inputting data is simple and user-friendly. Also, the search engine is powerful and quick.

Searching for numbers, especially with special characters like $ or , doesn't always work out well.

Access to information. Previously, locating information like due dates or the most recent cost for an item was hit or miss. With Spendwise it's a few keystrokes away.

Purchase orders can be created by users, submitted for approval, approved or rejected, and emailed directly to vendors.

Spendwise help our organization to generate the PO

Every staff can request a PO in the Spendwise. Their upper management can review and approve it. The purchasing department can fulfill the request and attach the receipt to the PO.

When we reconcile the credit card transactions, If the receipt has been attached to each PO, Then it is much easier to work on credit card purchases.

I could not think of any dislike about Spendwise.

There is electronic processing, and no hard copy to be filed.

How easy it is to use. To be able to add and edit items.

THE ABILITY TO TRACK OUR SPENDING.EASY TO USE.

WE HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS AND THEY ARE NOT MIRROR IMAGES AS I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE.

OUR EMPLOYEES MUST SUBMIT THEIR REQUESTS BEFORE PURCHASING.

Spendwise is extremely easy to produce sales reports. Order entry, creating purchase orders & setting up part numbers is very easy.

I would like to see the accurate back log of sales & A/P based on multiple shipment releases. We have open orders due to multiple shipment releases. The open orders that have shipment releases do not deduct the releases that have already shipped & invoiced, thus providing a false back log dollar value in our system.

Easy Order Entry System - very user friendly.

The best part of Spendwise is how easy it is to set up and start utilizing quickly.

I have not encountered any dislikes while using Spendwise.

Spendwise helps to maintain and track purchase orders. History search for previous orders, makes reorders so simplified.

Spendwise is easy to use and navigate. The variety of information and reports that you are able to pull are helpful when tracking spending.

I have not experienced anything that causes me any issues with Spendwise.

Tracking spending to various programs and projects

Very easy program to use for our purchasing procedures. Enjoy the simplicity of use. Tracking of documents is excellent.

There is nothing I have experienced that I dislike.

Simplified purchasing process and allowed us to go completely paperless.

Gives you the ability to go paperless and tracks everything. If Needed you can run a report on any vendor on how much is spent per year for tracking purposes. You can also scan invoices into the data base and upload to send for approvals.

Only downside to spendwise is then you have multilple users in there at once the PO does not reflect that user where a PO can be used twice by 2 different users if not paying attention.

Owner or admins can track POs and quotes at an easier rate. It helps put visibility on spending through the web where an owner or administrator does not have to be at work to verify.
