Officevibe is so easy to use that you can instantly check the engagement metrics within a team, big or small, as well as within your company. And the customer support is really amazing!
None at the moment! Even the suggestions given to our account are all accepted and can be voted on by the clients in order to put them on the list of priorities to be developed.

What I like best about Workleap Officevibe is its survey feature sent to team members. These surveys provide valuable insights into the team's well-being and work experience. The questions are designed to be easy and accessible, ensuring high response rates and reliable feedback.
Additionally, I appreciate the 1-on-1 agendas, which encourage collaboration and open communication, enhancing team dynamics and fostering a positive work culture.
The tool is less effective for small teams, as it's optimized for groups larger than 5 members. This makes it challenging to extract meaningful insights in smaller teams.
Workleap Officevibe solves the problem of understanding and improving team dynamics and morale. It benefits me by providing valuable insights into team members' well-being and needs, facilitating open communication and collaboration. This leads to enhanced team performance and a more supportive work environment.
It's simple, so our employees tend to use it even if we're using the plateform since a few years and that it has lost the novelty effect.
It's challenging to take action on continuous feedback or moving metrics.
Putting numbers where it's difficult to have some (HR)
Excellent UI, non invasive for employees. It enables us to have a helicopter view of the cultural health of the business, and it got employees to provide good feedback to each other with the vibe cards on a constant basis. It's now part of our routines.

Ease of Use
We cannot change the questons from a pulse survey.
We must be a team of at least 3 to see answers. Some teams might compose of elss than 3 people.

We have been using this tool since 2018 and we are amazed by the evolution and growth it had over the years.
- User friendly, easy to use, with guides and manuals to self learn the essentials and even more
- Clean User Interface
- Costant improvement with introduction of new features (i.e. Good Vibes)
- The way the ENPS is calculated is not the best one, as it completely disregards ratings of 7 and 8 which is not correct in my opinion when it comes to recommend a company as a good place to work
This tool is extremely helpful to successfully partnering with managers when it comes to the healthiness of their teams.

I dont like that it is confusing to know when the survey is anonymous or not given the amount of people on the team and i would like to be able to see the response rate broken down by team not for the whole organization. i want to say pick which team and see how many feedback was recieved versus given
it is keeping the temperature of the team so there are no surprised when we have our company surveys
The team trusts the anonymity of the platform, which means they give us honest feedback. I LOVE the ability to have conversations about tough feedback while the sender remains anonymous - lets me dig into the issue instead of trying to guess what is going on. The "Good Vibes" feature is amazing and the team loves it - we are seeing twice as many peer-peer recognitions each month as we were with our older solution. The ability to dig into engagement metrics is invaluable, and the custom survey tool also let us get information we really needed from our team. Folks who were VERY suspicious of other "surveys" were honest in OfficeVibe. Our participation metric for the Pulse surveys has remained steady, and the % of anonymous feedback has decreased over time (while the amount of feedback has remained steady), which tells me we are building trust. We are excited about the goals feature too - great visual representation of how all our individual goals roll up to team goals and then up to org goals! And, most of our managers are using the great 1-1 tool too. OfficeVibe has been a game changer for us. AND the price is good too! And the support team was GREAT when we were getting started!
I do wish there were a few more ways to query the platform, e.g. to see "who on the team has not gotten any Good Vibes in the last 3 months" - but OfficeVibe support was able to get that answer for me.
It all started when a team member asked me if there was "a way to ask questions anonymously". That was a huge red flag for me, and I immediately started looking for "anonymous digital suggestion boxes." That led me to OfficeVibe. Within a couple months, I was able to make a case for OfficeVibe to our CEO, set it up, train the managers and the team, and start getting real, honest feedback. Our team was very skeptical of how anonymous OfficeVibe could really be, but the available resources helped me convince them it was real. Our team was able to tell us things they were scared to tell us "out loud" and we were able to react - we learned things we hadn't known and were able to make changes that have DRAMATICALLY improved morale and engagement. OfficeVibe is awesome.
