The OfficeSpace Software went from a basic need to manage workplace moves and has ended up providing way more than we ever thought. The additions keep coming along with expanded reporting. The customer support is by far the best I have come across as they are always very responsive and have been great at communicating whether it is something we need assistance with (change to floorplan) or have a question on a possible need we have.
So far nothing negative. A few times I wished it allowed a certain addition or a new report they have come through and actually added it as a new feature or showed me an available feature that I was not aware was there.
Consider looking at it, once you are able to look at reporting you may realize the need.
Allocation of space makes annual budgeting a breeze and now integrating with badge access reports allows for great reporting of space utilization to help with future changes.

I love how easily you can update seating charts and create floor plans that make it easy on our employees to locate themselves in our spaces.
I can't think of anything right now. Maybe how our kiosks can easily go offline, but I'm not sure why that happens.

I have used OfficeSpace and worked with their support team for nearly 5 years now and have seen it grow into one of the most used tools in our organisation by our end-users. It's integrations has made it easy to maintain and allow our team to focus on other things. Two features in particular that I like best are it's Desk booking tools and granular reporting capabilites.
I have very happy with using OfficeSpace but if I could ask for one thing from them it would be to have a way to track assets within it and report on them. This would make it the ultimate tool for our Facilites team.
Currently we are working with our OfficeSpace Customer Success Manager to tidy up our OfficeSpace instance to get the fullest from the software. We are beginning to look into OfficeSpaces calendar integration and see how it can help our end users (particularly our remote and hybrid users that may not have visited the office) visualize where the meeting room they are booking is, what technology is in the room that will cater their collaboration needs and consider it's location for their in-office team mates. We are hoping this feature will benefit our end-users in feeling more hybrid equality within their dispursed teams.
The program is easy to use and very detailed.
There is so much to discover - which can frustrate, but with the help of customer service it becomes easy and really effective.
Coordinating limited desks and meeting space bookings.
For clients that need additional support and do not have a full occupancy team, software has wonderful customer support and very easy to work with. Product integrates with Teams for a seamless and very easy to use for general employees for bookings. OSS also makes frequent updates and tweaks.
Not good for very larger enterprise clients and some clients may find paying for too much customer support with very experienced and full occupancy team.
Would like to see OSS go deeper - as they have always done with each product advancement.
As a consultant, all CAFM systems solve space management up-to-date space information for all real estate professionals; many have desk bookings systems, scenario planning, reporting, and analytics.
It gives excellent visual information on different office layouts in other cities. While WFH, if I'm traveling to another town, I can easily book a workstation with this tool. I can book meeting rooms and conferences easily. The layouts are very easy to understand and thoughtfully created.
I absolutely love this software. I have used it a couple of times and the authorization comes instantly. Nothing to improve as of now.
WFH setting has disconnected us from offices but whenever I need to go to office, reserving workstation and storage is easy.
