OfficeRnD Hybrid has no downsides for my use.
We have a hybrid office and use hotdesks, so OfficeRnD Hybrid has benefited us greatly. Where as before we had a lot of mix up for who was in the office and not.
So far I can find multiple areas where OfficeRnD HYBRID are performing great. First and most important is their 24h Support team who are always very helpful and quick to react to all my questions. Secondly, I will point out their MS Teams integration which allows our team to book instantly not only desks & rooms but also car parking spots with ease. Overall very easy to login, use and monitor.
For the last 6-7 months of usage nothing to dislike really.
Allowed us finally to introduce the hybrid work mode without installing tens of apps, login steps, etc. Very well-thought software in general.
It is easy to use and has a user friendly interface for both users & administrators. The implemenation of the software was very straight forward and was easy integarted into the company. The email reminders to check in are helpful and the workplace policy to remind you to book in. The customer support is excellent and very responsive. There was an additional feature added this year for meeting room approvals that was very helpful to our company.
The only downside we have experienced is that there is not an option to mark a user as being on annual leave.

We have a hybrid work policy with no assigned seating for any employee. Manually trying to manage reservations was very time consuming and unreliable.
This system now allows employees to see resources available and become self sufficient in scheduling. It also promotes collaboration by allowing employees to see other people's scheduless

New users were able to book a desk with no instructions provided. We had a tight deadline to implement, and the team was able to meet our deadline. Additional support was provided when a few tech steps didn't go as planned.
Not functional with Microsoft MyApps. Would like the ability to have a space that is dedicated on certain days and a hotdesk on other days.
We have a mix of desk use in our office - hotdesks available to the whole company, hotdesks available to a single team, and dedicated desks. The software was easy to configue for each of those scenarios.
